I just want to agree with all the very positive comments about this little place, and to add that they laid on a very nice "do" upstairs for my granddaughter's baptism celebration. I don't know if they want to advertise "functions catered for" but it's worth asking, if you need to find a venue for an informal family gathering. To... More

Sat in the courtyard on a sunny morning. Friendly service and great breakfast with good quality ingredients.

I love this little place. Real home cooked comfort food. Our local for breakfast now. Staff are always pleasant and not had a bad meal yet. Would highly recommend it.

I was in Whitstable for the Oyster Festival week with my family. We ate here several times. Each time our food was great whether it was a breakfast or lunch meal. There were usually 3 adults & 4 children in our group. We were so impressed with this place as our orders were changed due to the children's likes and... More

Six of us were looking for breakfast on Oyster festival weekend and found this place around a corner off the High Street. The English breakfast was plentiful with "real" sausages and bacon and fresh eggs well presented. And all locally sourced according to the menu. Others had baguettes and omelettes and it was all good. Friendly service and reasonable prices.... More

I have been visiting here pretty much since it opened. We found it by mistake. I would certainly not call us regulars, simply because we don't visit as often as we would like to, but we have not yet been disappointed. The food is fresh and home made. There is always a great selection - you are simply spoilt for... More

I love that you can see what is on offer in the chiller cabinet - and it all looks so appetising. But there is better to come - if you think it looks good wait till you eat there. It really is a cut above the rest. The service is excellent - very personable and courteous. It's very reasonable too.... More

Just off the High Street facing the GPO, this used to be a greasy spoon, but has morphed into a more upmarket café in three parts. The front part has seating and also the kitchen area open to view. At the back the courtyard has more tables and a clear roof. Upstairs is a plain looking attic overflow area of... More

We popped in here for breakfast whilst staying nearby. I had the "half English" whilst my partner had the full English. Both looked great, and tasted great too! Good sized portions, cooked well. The sausages in particular were very tasty, obviously high quality. The waitresses were friendly, quick and helpful (I heard several other tables request alternatives to the listed... More
