We had lunch at Elliotts today. Have to say it was excellent. Although the staff apologised for delay we didn't feel there was any. Salmon bagel was very tasty.

Thought about not writing a review, but I do want Sarah and Phill's venture to thrive. It is already becoming the place to eat in Whitstable on Thursday, Friday and Saturday. The food is classically based and focuses on simply outstanding ingredients. Consider my latest meal of field mushrooms on brioche, guinea fowl and local strawberry cheesecake. Simple? Yes! Difficult... More

We have eaten here three times and each occasion has been really enjoyable. Great atmosphere, smiley service and excellent food.

Just popped into town and decided to have some breakfast. Managed to park outside Elliott's and having only ever been in there a couple of years ago for a coffee, decided to go in and try their food. Am so glad we did. I recognised Sarah and Phil straight away as they used to run The Dove pub and their... More

Had the good fortune of lunching at Elliott's again today and sampling the special - pan fried crevettes with chilli and ginger on sourdough. It was absolutely scrummy. Together with those famous chips, which, frankly, I didn't need but as I hadn't stopped thinking about them since last time, I couldn't help but indulge! Cheerful, efficient service made even better... More

Great food from Phill and outstanding service from staff. Especially Sarah and Lucy In the evening. Phills food is amazing and the front of house ensure that everyone has a special personal service. Elliott's offers a delightful range of wines or BYO . Fab little treasure on the best street in the bubble will be returning and recommending.

I recently visited Elliot's for a friends birthday as part of a group of six. As the visit was during the Whitstable oyster festival they had a very reasonable set menu of three courses for £20. I was the only vegetarian in our group of six, although there were two further guests who ate fish but not meat. The set... More

Four of us had a wonderful evening here - and was great that we could take our dogs too. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff - fantastic customer service along with delicious food - a great menu. I would really recommend this restaurant - Phil and Sarah have got this absolutely right.

We dined at Elliots in Whitstable last Sunday evening for the Oyster Festival. We had a very enjoyable meal with wonderful starters, the best lobster thermidor i've ever tasted. Plenty of chips and salad accompanied the meal. Fantastic creme brulee and the brownies were gorgeous. A good supply of Peroni, wine, prosecco and fab G & T's!. Great ambience and... More
