Whitstable Prezzo is in a great location and is a lovely building, we arrived early evening during Oyster Festival week and we were lucky enough to get a table, the service was ok and the food but it would have been over priced if we had not had our Tesco vouchers to spend, overall a bit average.

Have been to several Prezzos but this one was poor. The food was generally OK apart from the very limp old side salad but the welcome from the manager/head waiter was brusque. Had a bit of a pompous attitude. There are other restaurants in Whitstable that are more welcoming and accomodating!

Been to Prezzo before, but a different branch. Was all we expected of this company, polite efficient service and good quality food. Would recommend - if a nice Italian is what you're after.

Generous portions. Healthy eating options. Plenty to chose from on the menu. Often great money saving vouchers available online and service have always been happy to process. Attentive waiting staff. Bright clean restaurant. Most requests accommodated you need to book during busier nights but you can often get an early evening table. I've never had reason to complain and have... More

Myself and 4 girl friends visited Prezzo whistable last night. Travelled from Ashford to enjoy the famous Oyster festival. To then have to wait 20 minutes to be served and then long gaps between our courses. Milan the front of house / manager needs to learn some people skills. Milan took our drinks order firstly as we were choosing our... More

I nicely laid out restaurant in Whitstable High Street within a short distance of the Railway station (It took us oldies about 15 mins walk) local buses stop almost outside, car parking in Whitstable seems to be at a premium so bus train or walk would seem the best options. The staff are attentive and knowledgeable, the food of a... More

Visited Whitstable for the day and popped into Prezzo for a bite to eat. Was greeted by the assistant manager who was extremely polite and helpful. My group were a bit outside of the norm and yet were treated kindly and given the sort of welcome I'd normally expect from one of my local London restaurants, not a chain place... More

Stayed in whitstable over the last few days, and on one occasion visited prezzo, we had prebooked the day before seeing that it was very busy, and it was when we arrived, but we were seated promptly, seen and chosen from the menu and we're enjoying our drinks, our waiter being very good at his job and friendly with it.... Visited recently. Good table layout, nice venue, atmosphere was lively, service was prompt and friendly without being intrusive. There were some nice summer additions to the menu (particularly the dessert menu). Prices are moderate. A welcome addition to the menu was that it showed how many calories were in most of the dishes and there was an option on each... More
