Good location midway to the harbour on the high street. Nice Dining room in what may have been a bank, so quite interesting. It would probably be better to book at the weekend as it fills up quickly, clearly a positive sign. The service experienced has been patchy over various visits and is naturally more attentive and welcoming out of... More

Lovely restaurant in centre of Whitstable which offers a good variety of dishes suitable for families and couples. Our only minus point was the swiftness of clearing away the courses where no sooner have you put down your cutlery than your plate is also whisked away from you. This happens regularly when we visit and is irritating. But, generally, everything... More

It was dry with very little vegetables and cheese on it and covered in spinach, with... More

We visited at lunchtime and had our 18 month old grandson with us, all the staff were extremely helpful and very quickly brought his food which kept him happy and occupied. The quality of the food was of a very high standard and it was empty plates all round.. Apart from the food quality , what made this meal so... More

I visited here on a mid week evening with some friends and had a great night. The food was delicious and plentiful and well presented. The restaurant was clean and our window table was perfect. The staff however made the evening so enjoyable with their prompt service and attentiveness. All the staff were very pleasant and made us very welcome.... More

We went there as 3 adults and 2 children. The food for the children was great and it was brought out earlier so as to keep then happy and occupied! The service was great- always coming to check if we need anything. My husband had a pasta dish which he loved and I had a salad but everything was fresh... More

For a standard chain restaurant this is not bad; clean and not cramped, tidy and attractively decorated. Food is standard fare but is consistently well prepared and prices are reasonable unless you hit the winelist. One thing that would improve the whole experience for me would be a lack of the standard boring background music at a volume that makes... More
