I nicely laid out restaurant in Whitstable High Street within a short distance of the Railway station (It took us oldies about 15 mins walk) local buses stop almost outside, car parking in Whitstable seems to be at a premium so bus train or walk would seem the best options. The staff are attentive and knowledgeable, the food of a... More

Visited Whitstable for the day and popped into Prezzo for a bite to eat. Was greeted by the assistant manager who was extremely polite and helpful. My group were a bit outside of the norm and yet were treated kindly and given the sort of welcome I'd normally expect from one of my local London restaurants, not a chain place... More

Stayed in whitstable over the last few days, and on one occasion visited prezzo, we had prebooked the day before seeing that it was very busy, and it was when we arrived, but we were seated promptly, seen and chosen from the menu and we're enjoying our drinks, our waiter being very good at his job and friendly with it.... Visited recently. Good table layout, nice venue, atmosphere was lively, service was prompt and friendly without being intrusive. There were some nice summer additions to the menu (particularly the dessert menu). Prices are moderate. A welcome addition to the menu was that it showed how many calories were in most of the dishes and there was an option on each... More

Accompanied my uncle in a wheelchair with 4 other family members. Waitress changed table size at short notice. No ramps but young waiter very helpfully assisted in carrying wheelchair with uncle in up and down small steps.

Spent the morning laying on the beach and fancied some salad and cheesecake. Set back slightly amongst most of the little independent shops so wasn't as busy as the restaurants nearer the sea, and the service was great.

When visiting a friend in Whitstable, we invariably end up going out to eat in Prezzo. The food is always lovely and we usually get served by Jack, who is excellent! Lovely guy who engages in conversation with us, is funny and always makes sure we have everything we need. Would definitely recommend.

My friend and I went to Whitstable last night to celebrate my 30th Birthday. We decided at about 9pm to go to Prezzo for some dinner. We walked in and asked for a table for two, we were seated no problem, we were then given a menu. Our "waiter" Sam then heard my friend and I discussing what we were... More

Standard Prezzo Menu. Staff were OK if a little scruffy. Restaurant itself not particularly tidy. Would think again before visiting this branch of the Prezzo chain

We hadn't booked so we were pleased to be given a table, though it was close to a noisy very long table full of celebrating females. He had a pizza and I ate a past dish followed by tiramisu which was lovely.
