Have visited this place on several occasions now. Popped in here for a coffee and a bite to eat on Saturday last at around 4pm and have to admit the tables were all pretty full. There was no queue at the counter and at least four staff. Three people got involved in our very simple order which were 2 flat... More

This cafe looked really nice for the outside, so I thought I'd give it a go. The cakes are nice, but I've had better. The coffee was really nice even if it was served by a rather grumpy and slightly rude lady. I would probably visit again for a coffee but won't bother with a cake.

£6.75 for two hot chocolates! Small ones not even large! Tasted oily and warm not hot, liked the style of the place but very very overpriced

Food nice enough, they seemed jus about able to cope with a big Saturday lunchtime. I have two issues though. One, does locally sourced food really need to cost more? Two If my wife orders someting that can be served immediately and I order something that needs to be prepared, don't serve one without the other. It's just not right... More

The second time I have visited. I went for breakfast with my husband. I ordered a bacon rustic roll with a coffee and he ordered a bacon muffin with a coffee. The coffee's were great and priced ok. They were very thrifty on the bacon. My roll had one and a bit slices. My husband's muffin barely had one slice.... More

We often pop into Finch's for a drink or lunch. It's a great place to catch up over a cup or a spot of lunch. Staff are friendly and the cafe is nice and big with a good atmosphere.

2nd visit here. Lovely sandwiches prepared as well as cakes. Like the drink selection which included pink lemonade. All the food and drink we purchased was from the UK and local where possible ie kent crisps. Always seems busy but always able to get a seat upstairs. Very worth a lunch visit and will cone again.

Popped in starving or some lunch. My friend had some pumpkin and spinach soup which she liked. Unfortunately I ended up with the tasteless dry cold game pie(couldnt have it warmed). The roasted vegetables though looked attractive were tasteless and the beetroot salad was the same (over boiled ). There was no dressings to the salad and I was told... More

Used for the first time today. This cafe is always busy and now I can see why. The staff are very pleasant. The food is good and is locally produced. The service is good to. It is not the cheapest place to eat but it is not too expensive either, you get what you pay for. I will be using... More
