Wonderful dog friendly cafe with friendly staff and fantastic food - definitely one to visit often!

Could not have been made more welcome by the staff, the cakes are to die for and the welcome second to none! Amazing to find a cafe that actually welcomes your dog as well as you and brings dog biscuits on a plate for said dog!! Warm, friendly haven in cold weather and a cafe that needs frequent... read more

We are very regular visitors to Hunnybeez as we live and work locally. Tracy and Scott (along with all their staff) are so friendly and welcoming and the homemade food is lovely. One of the other major plus points for us is that they are more than happy to have our dog Hamish in there with us. In fact he... More

I always find it difficult to choose where to eat in Tenterden as most places are just not that good! Hunny Beez was recommended to us by a local shop assistant so we tried it today and were glad we did. Spotlessly clean, lovely staff and excellent food. A good selection of cold and hot dishes (welcome on a winters... More

Ok, to be fair I've heard good comments about this place but admittedly both my times here have been negative. I find the atmosphere cold & unwelcoming and both times service has been ridiculously slow, 20 minutes + for tea and cake? uhm why? They also advertise they're dog friendly but I find their reaction to bringing dogs on their... More

We are very disappointed that you feel this way about HunnyBeez and that you have felt that we under performed. We would like to address your comment regarding our 'distain' toward allowing dogs onto our premises. Before we took the step to allow dogs into HunnyBeez, we carried out research with our regular customers and found no opposition. As dog... More

We visited on a beautiful afternoon in the Summer. I had the afternoon tea stand and my girlfriend had the Camembert. They were both delicious and great value. The choice of cake and sandwiches for the afternoon tea stand was very good and the service was great. DEFINITELY worth a visit if you are in Tenderden!

We popped in for a coffee and cake on a recent visit to Tenterden. I had a dark hot chocolate which was different in that it wasn't too sweet. I accompanied this with a chocolate caramel, slice which was delicious but very rich. Others had the cheese scone served warm and a Victoria sponge.

I've worked in Tenterden for about 6 weeks now and I've been to the HunnyBeez quite a few times. I'm an ex chef (now in banking) and I can honestly say with my hand on heart this is THE best place to go for tea/coffee and cake.Their prices are very reasonable (there are one or two places in Tenterden that...
