We always use the mint leaf for our takeaways as well as a night out at their restaurant as it has some of the best Indian dishes in kent to choose from, unlike its competitors the mint leaf gives you the best charisma chicken which is not on any menu I've ever had before, it's somewhere i look forward to... Always glance through trip advisor restaurants after booking a break and am so glad. We passed this restaurant when Sat nav took us wrong way! Later that evening, remembering the name and as we had accidentally seen it we went there. Not the most impressive place from the outside, I must admit, but the food was wow! As we walked... More

We stumbled upon the place while walking about. We did not have reservations but they were able to accomodate us. We ordered Butter Chicken and the Hyderabadi Ghost (a spicy lamb dish) with two types of rice and the chef's bread basket. The food was outstanding. The only disappointment was the lack of any chutney on the menu.

What we ordered and what we received where two different things the chicken pakora was a lot like the chicken strips you get out of Islands. Won't be returning!

Delicious food, well cooked, good quality. Excellent service, very clean. We have enjoyed both sitting in the restuarant and the take away menu.

Following several recommendations I ordered a takeaway from this restaurant. Very disappointed! Arrived early to collect but it was cold after a ten minute drive home. Veg curry was a very small portion and appeared to be made from frozen veg. Overall below average and wouldn't go back.

Service incredibly slow with bad attitude. Food took an hour and a half to come out and was overly greasy, average and luke warm. Nan bread was burnt and among the worst I have ever had. They then took ages over offering dessert and delivering the bill, which contained an item overcharged. Their excuse was that there used to be... More

10/10, hope this high standard will long continue. Been here a few times now and always impressed. I like a hot curry and their Balti Jalfrezi is my favorite ;)

A first time visitor, excellent food, well cooked, full of flavour. A wide range of foods with good clear descriptions.
