My son and I go here from Canterbury especially for the amazing food and service. They do such a choice.....have you ever heard of Violet Milkshake amongst others!?! The service is prompt ,helpful and friendly. Had been going for years before I noticed there is an upstairs that is spacious, with great views ...stairs are rather hidden behind the deli and... More

I drop in here most weekends for the coffee. Best around by a mile. food is lovely, well presented and the staff are wonderful, especially Lauren. There is a lot of local trade through the Bistro contrary to some reviews. There is a great deal of competition in Sandwich and the Bistro is my favourite!

We have eaten lunch here in the past but this visit was for morning coffee and pastries. Enthusiastic service and good coffee. Cherry and almond pastries too were good. Unfortunately couldn't buy any of the delicious looking cheese being sold downstairs as we were traveling by train. Sandwich offers many possible venues but this one is well worth a try.

Visited at lunchtime with freinds. Good menu with daily specials and reasonable prices. Excellent and helpful staff made us feel welcome. Also great deli in shop below selling French food. Would definitely recommend a visit here if you get the chance.

An average meal, over priced and a little pompous to be honest. We live close to France, and know French food doesn't need to cost so much. We were disappointed to be honest.

I try and get to the No Name Bistro whenever I'm in Sandwich. Upstairs is a nice restaurant where they serve good quality, French food with an unrushed atmosphere. I especially like their terrines. Also, for a quick bite, sitting downstairs and having a filled baguette can't be beaten. They have a baguette of the day which is either roast... More

We ate downstairs in the deli shop. Excellent filled baguettes. Air dried ham with emmental was very good as was coffee. Must stress we did not eat in the restaurant upstairs. Friendly service. Owner is French and the place had a very French atmosphere. Good value and excellent choice of French cheeses and preserves on sale. Recommended.

Fresh French bread, olives, mustard, cold meat, cheeses, etc. are always on sale. There is also a bistro up stairs. Have had lunch only but it was good food. Also good coffee.
