We have visited on many occasions and have also had numerous takeaways. Food has always been good and service excellent My only negative would be that even though the food is good and atmosphere is very good the price is a little on the high side. Having said that we go whenever we want to and it doesn't stop us... More

We have enjoyed many, many good Indian restaurant meals over the years but I think we can say that the meal at Darjeeling Heights was probably the best. Good atmosphere, great service and very tasty authentic food (try the chef's special chicken dish - fantastic). Only downside is that we live 120 miles away and won't be able to repeat... More

I had mostly the fish menu, which is different from any where else and I found it to be the best meal I had had for a very long time, ok it was a tad dearer but well worth the money. ( you get what you pay for ) and we was offered to take home all we couldn't eat... More

The food was fine, a bit different but i'd rather stick to my usual from down the road! This was the first time I had a sit down meal in here and was quite frankly shocked at the 12% compulsory service charge, for 9 of us meant over £33 and the waiters did absolutely nothing special to warrant this. We... More

I came here for my birthday and it was really a pleasant surprise, was really clean, fresh and open in the restaurant, was nice and bright and the lighting was pleasant too. The staff were very nice, all friendly and welcoming. The food was great too, real authentic indian cuisine, presented beautifully too. Would definitely go back, I recommend this... More

The restaurant provides high quality food with plenty of dishes not found in a standard Indian restaurant. Chicken tandoori and chicken ticks portions are huge. However, kitty or doggy bags are provided. The Sunday buffet is good value. Normal family of four prices with a bbottle of wine around £140, so expensive.

Just eaten a takeaway from Darjeeling Heights. Comfortable seating area to sit while choosing our meal. Friendly staff. Food arrived in a special take away box, easy to transport and didn't leak! The food was hot and very tasty. Will certainly try the restaurant in the near future

This is one of the best Indian restaurants in Medwy. The food is really good and the ambience of the restaurant is nice. But that is where it stops. My husband and I went here twice in May 2014, once with a group of 6 (3 men, 3 women), the other time with just the two of us. Both times... More

Yes very tasty, well presented the service was first class, Trouble with some of us is that we are wanting cheap cheap cheap but sometimes it is nice to pay a little extra to get extra service, tasty food, and a well presented restaurant. Loved the Lassi!!
