D Bird from Bude in Cornwall. While on holiday in Kent I visited the above premises twice for pie & Mash and also stewed eels & mash. I was born and bred in South London and always had regular pie & mash the quality of the food and the service by the staff was as good as I have ever... More

I had heard about pie and mash on various English telly programmes for years. While visiting friends in Blean, I ask my partner to take me to see what all the fuss is about. They took me to Frasiers to try it out. We had the whole shabang of pie and mash with liquor (sauce made from the liquid of... More

Standard pie and mash which is something I often travel miles to get. Still have the hot vinegar with chillies in (we used to call them shrimps in the old days for some reason?) which doesn't seem to be available in all the pie 'n mash shops any more. Decent sized portions done properly.

I already reviewed this shop back in March and have just paid a further visit together with my partner. There isn't a lot I can add to my previous comments, it really is exceptionally good and this is coming from an ex Eastender who has lived in the bay for 28 years. I have always been craving for a decent... More

True pie and mash we can now have decent pie and mash without going all the way back up to London. Would recommend trying it even if you're not a Londoner.

I have lived in the area for some years but am a born Londoner through and through so know what I'm talking about when it comes to pie and mash. My partner and myself visited this shop a couple of years ago and weren't that impressed but I found out by chance that it was now under new ownership so... More

As a Londoner passing through Herne Bay, I slammed on the car brakes as soon as I saw Frasier's shop, dumped the car in the nearest parking space and made for the shop. It's done out in authentic style (minus the sawdust on the floor) and looks quite smart (not at all what I've been used to in London). Unfortunately... More

Ok so I waited 10 minutes but it's well worth the wait, friendly staff clean table and cultery. The place was busy and the food hot. Can't wait to go back

I used to enjoy the pie and mash here but the last visit I was given burnt liquor and this time the whole experience was terrible. Shame
