This place is simply not good, the service was poor, the cafe (restaurant??) wasn't too clean and the food was on par with the rest. Issues started when I asked the waitress what the Caesar salad came with, the young waitress shouted across the cafe to another young waitress to which she replied "errr, salad??" as if I was stupid.... Visited this lovely restaurant for breakfast on arrival in Deal. My 1st visit to this restaurant for about 5 years. Service as good as ever and the food was 1st class. Worth every penny we paid

A long walk out to sea but worth it, if only for a hot or cold drink and a slice of cake. The title says all that is needed

We have had breakfast at Jasin's many times over the years and have taken many visiting friends there. The 'full english', which comes in three sizes, is very good and our friends tell me that the vegetarian version is also good. The service is occasionally a bit haphazard but is always friendly and helpful. We have never experienced the problems... More

The one star is for the view and that alone. I can't say I wasn't warned about the service but we were visiting family and that's where the children all wanted to go. Never again. The service was abysmal, we went for Brunch and it was over an hour before we had food and we had still not got any... More

I have to say, I was a bit worried about trying this restaurant due to the negative reviews. However, my sister and partner had recommended it to me, so I thought I would give it a go. We took our two young daughters for breakfast last Sunday, and the food was lovely. When we go out we expect high standards... More

It wasn't particularly busy, but we sat a the table for a full 20 minutes, being completely ignored by 3 staff walking around ,giving the odd table a wipe down, talking to each other. We upped and left. I don't think they even noticed we were there.

We've been to Jasin's on a number of occasions in the last 4 years because we like its position at the end of the pier and the expected range of food (fish n chips in the main). The waiting staff are generally helpful and polite, constrained by the speed at which the dishes can be delivered by the kitchen and... More

Visited for brunch on Monday at 11am (you'd think not the busiest of times) - in fact not all the tables were full and there were at least 3 waitresses (approx. 7 tables each). Waited 20 minutes for any service and 40 minutes before so much as a drink was put on the table, let alone food. After all that... More
