We booked a table for two for 7pm and when we arrived, we were taken to a table which was in a sort of passage en route to the main dining area. We would have been passed constantly by waiting staff and the lighting was poor, so we asked if we could move but were told all the other tables... More

I've been coming here to Three Chimneys for over 25 plus years. If I can get to Kent when I'm traveling in the UK, I come here for dinner and have never been disappointed. This year was no exception. My entree of breast of guinea hen was just delicious, with plentiful side dishes and a very tasty Chilean chardonnay. The... More

Stopped here twice for food in a week whilst on holiday in Kent. A very convenient stop after Sissinghurst. A busy, friendly pub and restaurant with great (and yes they were flat; like they are supposed to be) beers! Very welcoming and friendly staff. The food was excellent, starters and puds very good value. The only reason for the four... More

The food at the Trois Chemins is very good - we had guinea fowl which was delicious. The chap who served us was very nice, but the reception from the bar staff not so much. What came over was a top notch chef team, but a less than top notch front of house experience - it is indeed a pub,... More

Booked last Minuit at the Three chimneys for dinner, hadn't been for a couple of years due to previous experience. Read mixed reviews. pleased to say we were delighted with our meal. The salmon was beautifully cooked with great tasting vegetables. Steak was good. Followed by great sticky toffee pudding. ( only little comment would of been nice to have... More

Food absolutely gorgeous and plenty of it and the dining area is extremely cosy with candles and hops hanging all around. They have a lovely conservatory also. Friendly atmosphere and staff. Would definitely recommend.

Apparently the Three Chimneys is a Kent Dining Pub of the Year? We also found an entry in an old copy of the Good Pub guide, however our lunchtime "lite bites" were at best average quality and poor value. The cask ale was flat. A new member of staff was struggling with menu knowledge and using the till. Not worth... More

Staying in the area checked reviews & decided to eat here. The staff were friendly, attentive and very helpful. There were only 2 real ales on, which disappointed my husband as he gathered there would be more. The pub is lovely with lots of character, the outside area is well kept with pretty flower tubs, clean and tidy.. The food... More
