This is a beautiful old building - lots of beams and low ceilings and the food is not fancy but tasty and well cooked.

Beautiful and charming pub, full of history and life, good food, good service. We went for dinner two times, and we would like to come back! Higly recommended.

Visited this rural Kent pub twice recently, first time without reservation with my mum and daughter, second time with reservation with extended family for mum's birthday, both times for lunch. The pub itself is wonderful: tucked away off a country road between Biddenden and Sissinghurst, the place is beamed, low-ceilinged, irregular and very old (14th century I think), consisting of... I was taken to lunch by 4 friends, 2 of them have eaten here several times. The staff are very helpful and friendly, the food is good, well presented and portions just right. Prices are the same as everywhere else where I have eaten. We had a drink outside, then lunch in the bar, one of the staff was there with... More

Time and time again this restaurant gets it right. Always the perfect rest between courses. Food both excellent quality and presented beautifully. It is lovely to be able to rely on the fact you will have a good meal and cab bring friends knowing they will have a good time. Thanks to all for another lovely meal. If I had... More

On our way to near by Sissinghurst Castle Garden we drove past The Three Chimneys and said 'That is where we are going to have lunch' we were not disappointed. The inside of the pub and restaurant were full of character, but it was a nice sunny day which called for a table in the lovely garden. We were more... More

Visited yesterday and not overwhelmed. Staff very helpful and friendly - no problem there but the food is VERY expensive and helpings ungenerous to put it mildly. The bread was lousy - not even fresh let alone home made. However still a beautiful old pub with a lovely courtyard. (They seemed to be serving lots of bowls of delicious looking... More

Went with the family, all were impressed with the quality of food-the staff were helpful and the surroundings cozy, but perhaps a little tired! Good parking facilities and easy to find-all in all a good night out!
