We stopped here to get some chips. An interesting add in the window for deep fried Brussel sprouts and mince pies !!! We just had the chips which were very nice.

Had lunch in Corrie's today while on a trip over from the mainland. Good fish and chips, good value, very pleasant staff and a menu and wine list that will make you laugh. Highly recommended.

Being a Cowes resident and using it for take away's, it is easy to be accused of being biased. All purchases of fish and chips will be affected by the demand cycle i.e. a freshly cooked batch of fish & chips will always be better than an 'older' one? Having said that, Corries is consistently good and I wouldn't hesitate... More

Great Fish and Chips always, but older persons deal with smaller portion is really good value. A favourite for POETS day !

If ever you are in Cowes pop in and try the food, always piping hot be it in the take away or restaurant. Freshly cooked food to order with great service, nothing is too much trouble and if you want something different have a look at the specials board as the owner and staff keep coming up with new ideas... Popped into this restaurant the other day for lunch and was so pleased I did. Had the regular cod and chips which was excellent, not only for quality but also for quantity. The fish was moist, well-cooked and contained in a light, crispy batter. The chips were of a good size and crispy with not too many small end-pieces. A... More

Delicious fish & chips. Made very welcome by young man serving, and children were made to feel extra special by his friendly attention to them.

We ate here twice during our stay on IoW and were really impressed. We ate in the restaurant both times and were served by the same lovely young waitress on both occasions, who looked after us very well. Everything was extremely fresh and very well cooked, the presentation and service was faultless. Their own tartare sauce is delicious and specials... More

Too lazy to cook so hubby fetched fish and chips - so glad that he did - I rarely eat them, so they were even more enjoyable - certainly the best fish I have tasted for a long time - the batter could have been a little lighter though!
