This cafe was a delight, the girls were polite and attentive. This little cafe has a good selection on the menu, we tried a bagel, a panini ,eggs Benedict and a jacket potato ( served with butter I am pleased to say !) everything arrived hot and well presented, nice quality food. Very good value for money. Glad we choose... More

This is my goto cafe in Cowes. The Eggs Benedict are very good and they have daily homemade specials. Only 7 tables but one can normally get a seat. Often plays cool music (Dylan, Fleetwood Mac etc)

I stop in Sails almost every Friday lunch time and I really don't know why I haven't reviewed it before. It can best be described as cosy because it is a very small place. They seem to be popular for shakes and ice cream but for me it is the home made chunky vegetable soup. Occasionally they serve other variety's... More

This is a great little cafe, right in the centre of Cowes. Food is traditional cafe fare with full English breakfasts, stews and sandwiches. The coffee is nice and the staff are polite. It's only small so sometimes you can't get in.

Stopped by for a lunchtime nibble. Incredibly tasty food for all of us and all served in an excellent atmosphere. The cafe is light and airy, the staff are really nice. The menu is simple, panini, all day breakfast, quiche, soup, toasted bagel, the benefit of which means quick service, but this speed doesn't mean a compromise on taste in... More

We stopped at this Cafe for a late lunch and so glad we did. Often cafes are abit hit and miss but this one was spot on. All day breakfast was cooked exactly how I asked with no problems, other members of my group had food which was great quality and freshly cooked - not just zapped in a microwave.... More

Poor kids menu, only a small breakfast on offer. No customer toilets. Food was nice but portions small for adults making it expensive. Plus in this day and age they only accept cash. Very small cafe and should really just be a sandwich shop to take away.

Sails is a cosy cafe in a nautical style that has tasty, freshly made food and great coffee. I love breakfast there, especially the scrambled eggs. Service is friendly - you'll walk out with a smile!
