Quick lunch out. First time here. Great section, lots of posh fillings . Opted for salt beef, mustard mayo, cheese and avacado baguette. Delicious.

Not a posh restaurant thank goodness, but a truely fab sandwich and coffee shop with good helpful hard working staff, brillant service and character. In our opinion up there with the best of the best. Brillant combinations for veggies as well. Great place during the summer.

Not impressed at all, strange layout of tables, no table service, bacon baguettes certainly left something to be desired. precooked and not much bacon for the price. Will give this place a swerve in future.

Wow! Found this little gem on our last day on the Island - wish we had found it sooner. Highly recommend their yoghurt smoothies - so many to choose from!! Wanted to try them all!! Definitely a good excuse to revisit the Island.

I had been told great things about popping in here for coffee and breakfast. I'm afraid I was disappointed. The bacon was pre-cooked and stuffed into a baguette and the coffee was frankly horrid.

No one queuing when we arrived (in fact only one other customer in the place), however of 4 staff at the counter took a while for one to talk to us and then she was a bit easily confused by our coffee order. Coffee was nice, apple cake good, but chocolate brownie bit dry. No gloves were being worn to... More

Restaurant area was nothing to rave about but the food was tasty and high quality. There was a vast choice. Finally plumped for bacon and egg mayo baguette. The filling was plentiful, bacon tasty and chunky egg mayo was delicious. Pricey but would pay for the quality.

A pretty average cafe, with slightly higher than average prices. It all feels very hectic as you move from counter to counter, with various staff members asking you what you would like, how can they help - all in succession. However, one of the staff members proceeded to roll her eyes and let out a massive sigh when I ordered... More

Staying in Cowes we always pop into tiffins. The selection is wonderful, but on our recent visit it just wasnt up to usual standard. The fillings are seeming to be getting smaller. The server could have also been a little more polite.

A great selection of fillings, from ham, cheese and beef to crab, stilton and salmon. Excellent and competitive prices too.
