A Monday lunchtime and five of us tried the lunch menu deal. For about £6 you get a soup, a rice and a main course. I had Tom Yum soup followed by coconut rice and a green curry. We were given bottomless baskets of Thai Spicy Crackers with sweet chilli and honey dips. The service was first class, but we... More

As always very friendly service. We were a large group and found service prompt and efficient. It's a small quaint restaurant so seating was a little tight. In spite of this the atmosphere was great. We ate from the gourmet night menu at £9.95 a head. This included a wide range of starters, main dish, rice/noodles, vegetables and tea/coffee. All... More

The food was cold and very bland. Very disappointed as reviews are mostly good. The service was good and atmosphere good. Food was that bad I pushed it around my plate horrified at what had been brought to me. Left hungry and feeling a little sick!!! Would not recommend to anybody

Nice welcoming hosts.Seated in the basement section in this old quirky unlevenen floored restaurant.Nicely furnished but the walls were a bit damp from humidity .The set menu tasty and reasonably priced but not spectacular .

Very attractive venue in Old Town. Quite small so need to book. Excellent food but on the "hot" side so wise to ask waiters. Good service and nice house red

We visited this restaurant on a Wednesday and it was very busy so would recommend that a table is booked. The food was very tasty, hot and authentically Thai.

A small restaurant in a lovely 2 floor oak beamed building. It is cosy, not many tables so do book. We had a seafood platter (tasty but small as you may expect) to share then Thai roast duck and beef red curry. The sauce on the duck was not what we expected. It was creamy and we didn't like it,... We thoroughly enjoy our visits here; great value and superb service but on this occasion the dishes had more chilli in than usual (and some were like for like dishes). The adjacent table reflected similarly. I reckon it was just a slight blip and we will certainly be returning shortly.

I visit this restaurant with my partner and my family regularly - my favourite restaurant in the Hemel area! The waiters are simply lovely, you are always made to feel at home, and let's face it we all love to be recognised and welcomed when you walk into a restaurant you frequent! The food is stunning, and if you're taking... More

We eat here often. Always have excellent food. Amazing flavours and friendly staff. Definatley our favourite restaurant in Hemel. Always disappointed if we go to a different Thai, as it never is as good as this one! Staff are always polite and friendly. Highly recommended!!! Richard and Sherine Adams.
