12 of us enjoyed a great meal on Sunday evening. We finished our walk at 5.00 and had a pleasant hour in the garden before going inside to the upstairs restaurant. The tables had been arranged to get us all round on table (lovely tablecloths) and, as we had pre-ordered, our food arrived on the dot. I had the tuna... More

Its not on the main road and our first visit was in autumn in the dark so we were a little apprenhensive, however when we walked in it was lovely, cosy, old fashioned ale house and the food was great.

We visited twice last month, with friends then family. There can be few better locations for a pub and restaurant. The outlook is fabulous and you can just walk out onto the Common. You can eat in or outside, although only a small inside at present it is being extended. A good choice of menu and the 'beer batter' was... More

Not having been here before, and only having a name and a post-code, we followed "sat-nav Sally". Perfect - not so! We arrived at someone's front door a few miles away! It seems that a large number of properties all share the same post code. When we did arrive, we were not disappointed. Although the pub is presently undergoing an... More

Taken to the pub for drinks and dinner by old friends of ours. WOW, what a find. Having lived in the area previously for some six or seven years I never visited this establishment. No doubt it has changed since I left the area, but what a gem. Quaint cottage type pub with beautiful thatched roof, great beer garden and... More

A character property but rather dim inside. We found the food to be good with ample portions. No complaints on the service side.

We have eaten at this pub twice before and each time we have not been disappointed with the food. We always make reservations before we go out for lunch and I would recommend doing this at The Live and Let Live. The pub is lovingly restored with exposed oak beams and a flagstone floor.A large open fire gives a very... More

This is a lovely old pub set on Bringsty Common approached down a rough track just off the A44 Worcester to Leominster road near Bromyard. It is a very cosy traditional pub with all the stereotype features - thatched roof, open fires, flagstone floors etc. It serves a good selection of real ales and a varied menu. The food was... More
