Good steady Indian

Five of us ate here on a wednesday night, and had an enjoyable evening. Service was good, food was good including chicken tikka, tandoori king prawns, and chicken dansak. Lamb Saag was kind of blended and just ok. Would return.

Love indian food and this restaurent is excellent for taste, value, and range of dishes. Staff are very pleasant, atmosphere is quiet so you can enjoy your meal as intimately as you want. seems popular.

Wonderful food and service and worth the trip if you're not local. It was my local Indian for years and it was always worthwhile being a little early, so I could have a cold Cobra and chat with the staff and Management.

We visited on a Tuesday night and were really disappointed. The service was very slow. The young man who cleared the table had no knowledge of the restaurant food. The menu was uninspiring. After our standard starters of popadoms and pickles were finished we ended up waiting well over half an hour for our main courses to arrive and when... More

The service wasn't very good, I had to ask to be served twice to order my food, when I asked about a couple of the dishes (ie the Sally dishes which I'd never heard of) the waiter didn't know what they were. When I later ordered the dessert and stated that I didn't like ice cream the waiter said they... More

Ordered some rice and dhal, together with some tandoori chicken and naan breads. My favourite had to be the Kashmiri Chicken which had a banana and lychee sauce, perfect for anyone with a sweet tooth and I would recommend it. The food will not be too hot and the service was great together with the friendly and helpful staff.
