We came here for my friend's birthday. When they called to confirm our table we told them it was her birthday and they put up a little birthday banner over her chair. They serve complimentary poppadoms on arrival which are very tasty. I went against my usual curry choice and had a mild creamy chicken curry. It was very tasty!... More

Have eaten here several times with my husband or with a crowd of girlfriends, always good value. Tasty food, some dishes very spicy. Seems to always be busy.

Food, service and atmosphere were all nice. Popular little place as it was busy when we went.it depends entirely on if you like this type of food, slightly confused as its a cross between Chinese and Indian food.

Had dinner here with colleagues one night. Based on a recommendation from the Nepalese receptionist at the Travelodge in Aldershot. The restaurant is by far the most decorated. White table cloth. Full cutlery that is changed between servings. You're paying for all this. Food is above average - not a wow but very tasty and well prepared. Presentation is also... More

We had the sinka prawns and chhoila for starters and they were so good. Then hariyo kukhura and ghurka khasi with rice, nan and papadams. The yoghurt side was homemade! Very friendly and welcoming staff.

Came with a few guys from work as they had recommended it, I wasn’t expecting much from another Indian restaurant. I’ve eaten at a fair few and after a while they all become the same and you learn to pick out the better ones. I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised by the Ghurkha Palace. Good food, not over... Was here in the summer. I love the spicy Nepalese food and if you want to have a real authentic experience, then there's no place like the Gurkha Palace. They are all really friendly, but offering a traditional 'Namaste' greeting will help pave the way to an enjoyable meal as well.

Went here with a group of 10 people as it was marked as a good restaurant and indeed it was. Nepaleese food is as tasty as India. Obviously they have the Nepal beers as well and all staff seem to be from Nepal leading to an authentic Nepal experience. Recommended

It is a Nepalese restaurant - but the menu have all the Pakistani/Indian food options. I have been there for 8 to 10 times because it is one of the few available options in Farnborough. The food is good but they take too long to serve. Overall best place to eat.
