There were a lot of things that really impressed us about this place, first of all the décor was very smart, beautiful lighting and fresh flowers on every table. The toilets were also immaculate which I really appreciate in a restaurant. When it came to the food, we were brought our poppadoms quickly and given enough time to look through... More

We have been to Badi Murchi several times and had several take-aways (delivered), all of them excellent. Very tasty, real flavour of spices, friendly service. We especially recommend: Goan prawn, Punjab lamb and the lunch time buffet. Be aware: you need to drive to the B&Q roundabout and back again to get to the Badi Murchi car park - worth... More

Self and two others, excellent range of curries and nice veggie choices too. Busy and bustling on a Saturday night and popular with families. Portions not over sized and without lumps of carrot and potato as bulk. Recommended

Yet another good takeaway!! Staff will assist you as much as they can, if you can't see it on the menu ask!! I can't take chillies so they adjust the meal accordingly! Superb taste and plenty of it and hot!! Well done. Will be back again to dine in!!

I went here for my partners birthday. I have not been here since it was a pub. The decor on the inside is such a dramatic change form what it used to be. The air con was great although right above my head so got cold throughout the evening. Service was good. My partenr and I are definate foodies and... More

I only had a take away. I had passed the Restaurant on numerous occasions meaning to call in. Wow what an amazing meal, the chicken tikka (no artificial flavours!) was an absolute joy. I will be returning ASAP for more of the experience...Thank You!

Opposite the Holiday Inn at Eastleigh this offers a good alternative to their restaurant - no queues, no screaming children but a good welcome and plenty of excellent dishes. Try the biryanis which have been slow cooked overnight - excellent - some of the best.

I really enjoy indian food, so don't waste your time going here. The sauce here comes out of catering packs without question. The first give away is the total lack of smell of curry, if the place doesn't smell of curry spices you are not going to get any authentic indian cuisine. It's just like chicken in a thick soup,... Ate here last week following a lovely first visit 6 months prior. Starters and mains all very good and enjoyed by all, so tucked in to a traditional dessert of Gulab Jaman. What went wrong I thought. Delicious and sweet doughy cardamon balls...spoilt with a Italian chocolate wafer, squirty strawberry sauce you would expect on kids ice cream, bundled on... More
