Ended up here after a disappointing visit to another local pub. The staff were great and were friendly from the second we got there. The re fillable cokes is a fantastic offer. Lovely garden area, clean and well kept! Will arrange all future gatherings here!

A beautiful pub with nice gardens. Nice beer, bit of a sulky bar man, but okay. Very limited food on offer, chips cold, as I was the only one eating, where they fresh?

on the spur of the moment, my wife and I decided to go out for lunch rather than cook. As we are both fond of the Harvester chain, we decided to go back to give The Ham another go. Food is what you would expect for a Harvester but well prepared, hot and tasty. Salad bar was up to scratch... More

I wrote a scathing review of this Harvester last year and it was with some trepidation that we returned tonight. We needn't have worried. The service was brilliant, thanks Leon. Food arrived in very good time, was piping hot and very tasty. Succulent chicken, tasty prawns and the salad cart was really enough to fill us up on its own.... More

Busy-clean-nice food-cold beer- friendly staff- and above all the beef and chicken burger always pleases and this is probably one of the only harvesters that has a fresh salad bar as it's busy and topped up. Well done guys and girls.

My husband and I visited the restaurant today around 3pm and it was full to capacity. We were promptly seated as a table had just became free, we received our drinks in good time. The waiter acknowledged that we were waiting to order which was nice as he was very busy. Having been in the hospitality service many years before... More

The restaurant was quite busy but I was served in good time having earlier made a reservation. Service was friendly and efficient. The salad bar was good and quite tidy considering the number of people using it. The main meal that I ordered was a duo of scampi and squat lobster tails, it was tastless and more batter than fish,... More

We stopped for lunch at this Harverster on our way to Weymouth on our holidays. It was a Saturday lunch time and we were expecting it to be busy, but it wasn't too bad. We got sat down straight away and the waitress was very attentive and friendly. I wish I'd taken her name because she was lovely to us... More

Went for a brief lunch with family and was pleasantly content with the meals. The salad cart was surprisingly tidy and therefore utilised. Perhaps because children are back in school. Although basic in nature, I could find no fault with our dishes and the drinks were adequate. All in all, everything you expect from a Harvester and with competent service... More
