We went to check out the hotel with a view to booking some rooms for a wedding next year and have lunch whilst we were there. They could not of been more helpful. Despite being rushed off their feet with all their weekend guests checking out and 28 rooms waiting to check in, the head of housekeeping showed us around... More

My partner and I were staying at the Roslin Beach Hotel to celebrate my birthday. We decided to try the hotel's restaurant. My partner ordered Pork & Rabbit Terrine for starters, Rib Eye Steak for Mains and Sticky Toffee Pudding for dessert. Whilst I ordered the Prawn Cocktail for starters and Lobster Linguine for mains. We absolutely loved every course... More

Hopes for a relaxing Sunday lunch were dashed by sloppy service, decidedly average roast, small portions, crass sales pitches from the waiter and just a lack of attention. Fatty, tepid roast rib and somehow mine and my partners' separate veg sides ended up as one small portion between two of us. We were offered no sauces or mustards for the... More

Had our 1st cream tea 4 years ago which was good then and half the price. This was a birthday gift. The presentation was lovely and the service good. The sandwiches were such a disappointment. 2 were just cucumber, 2 cheese and pickle, 2 ham, that appeared packet ham, and 2 egg bridge rolls. The bread was dry also. There... More

This was a family lunch at a very busy restaurant. The staff were extremely efficient, welcoming and friendly. The food was exceptional. All three of us had a different dish. All were delicious and no food was left on the plate. A lovely experience. Thank you. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel.

Myself and 4 friends came here on a Saturday for Afternoon Tea. It was a lovely experience! There was a good choice of sandwiches and cakes, plus scones too. A couple of us added on the 'sparkle' i.e. champagne, which was delicious. Great service, we didn't feel rushed at all. We booked the table for 3.15 and was told we... More
