We actually turned up quite early, but the Manager assured that it was not a problem and we were seated at a comfortable table downstairs. Our waitress (although having an accent that was a bit hard to understand was extremely welcoming and friendly. The food turned up piping hot and was delicious. As the evening went on more people arrived,... More

This is the second time I've visited this restaurant and after the first visit I said I wouldn't return....but unfortunately I did. Firstly, on ordering a beer I was told there was only one beer available and that was the most expensive one - a 330ml bottle of Peroni cost me £3.85. That equates to £6.62 a pint - ridiculous.... Always have good food here, the light menu with the salad is very good. The level on entry is quieter, whereas downstairs can be noisy and echoing but with a good social atmosphere. The service is good but can be a little too like a fast service eatery making you feel rushed and they do try to sell you the... More

Been here a few times and each time the service has been warm and friendly. The goats cheese and beetroot starter is amazing, the calzone is massive and the tiramisu is to die for. The gluten free range is impressive too

The service was extremely slow as we waited a long time for someone to even take the order. Three of our groups starters of calamari were inedible and had to be returned. The waitress said she would speak to the chef but we didn't hear any outcome though they did remove these items from the bill. A pasta dish containing... More

My wife and friend have just walked out , having been refused glasses of wine because they wished to eat a variety of starter dishes and not main courses. They were informed that this was due to the licence. Is this possibly true? If so, Prezzo need to make changes.

I'll give 3 stars only because the service was good on this occasion, the food itself was very bland, risotto undercooked, the smallest ever portion of calamari that resembled the remnants of cleaning out the fryer, a Camembert starter the size of 3 sugar cubes! And the ladies toilets are disgusting and should be condemned.

I took my 3 children here fir lunch as a 'treat' they are aged 9, 10 and 1. We got there early at 12, as I knew it wouldn't be as busy this early and when we arrived there was hardly anyone there. We placed our order straight away and then waited for ages for starters, the baked mushrooms were... More

The staff got our order wrong (both ordered pasta dishes amnd got different) When we asked, they said maybe we would like it?!?!?! She then took them back and got what we actually ordered.... More
