Had a light meal in here a few weeks ago and it was lovely would go back again as I live in Basildon and only go ocassionally to Chelmsford it was nice to have a really tasty Pasta staff were friendly and nothing was rushed

We just popped in for a quick bite to eat, just fancied a pizza and it was superb. The staff were very courteous and we had no trouble waiting to get served. We jut tried the spicy chicken and the spicy mixed meat pizza and both were delicious. Not cheap, but a nice restaurant and friendly staff. No complaints here.

Forget the tame Prezzo style impersonations of Italian restaurants this is the real thing. Garlic, red wine, pizza, cheese you name it they have it. Sadly we were the only customers but apparently it gets busy later.

Lovely food and very nice atmosphere! Don't be put off by a decor. The food is incredible!

If you are going to the Civic theatre, pop into this restaurant for a pre theatre supper - good value, good food and good service - perfect
