Came here with my girlfriend on a Wednesday evening, which is Indian Night. Service from our young waitress was exceptional. Nice food and good wine to wash it all down. We will definitely come again!

I'm new to Trip Advisor, but I felt compelled to review this lovely gem I found last night in Chelmsford. Sweet location and such a friendly welcome from the ladies who work there. It was Steak Night, so my partner was very happy! Food was beautiful and we had such fantastic service from our waitress Chloe. Shame I don't live... More

Having lived in chelmsford for 11 years we have finally found a place we loved and will return to. The wine was great and a good price. Food was great but what made it for us was the service and atmosphere. Our waitress could not do enough for us. My husband had to pop out during the meal. She made... More

Delightful experience from start to finish. The food and wine was delicious and extremely good value. The service from all the staff was second to non. Despite it being very busy our super efficient waitress Chloe always remained attentive and delightfully pleasant. A true attribute to your business. It's a breath of fresh air to visit an establishment that delivers... More

I went to this tucked away bar / restaurant with my wife for the first time and was very pleasantly surprised. Bar area was busy and quite noisy but not a problem and added to the atmosphere. We opted for the steak night menu which I think had just gone up in price but was still good value for money.... More

Visited with friends on a Friday night. The staff are extremely friendly and efficient. The food was really good quality and well priced. There is a good selection of beer and wine at decent prices. We visited as a result of an excellent lunch weeks previously and were not at all disappointed. An all round lovely experience in quirky surroundings.... More

Visited here with family over the summer. It's a lovely little place and the food was very decent. Unfortunately my dad suffers with coeliac disease and there wasn't much on the menu to cater that, the staff did try their hardest to try and help though. Would definitely visit again.

This is the second time we've been here for a catch-up with the girls. Very intimate and cosy. Eight of us met for lunch. Everyone had exactly what they wanted from the menu and no-one was disappointed. We stayed long after we'd stopped eating and were not rushed in any way by the staff. If you're looking for a place... What a great meal on Friday night we had. This place was a great find - we loved the menu, the food was wonderful, matched by the service. We have struggled to get decent food at a reasonable price in Chelmsford, but this place didn't disappoint.
