We visited here twice for breakfast and on both days food was satisfactory. Carpet and seating a bit grubby with stains on seat covers. Food was ok though and usual prices.

The Staff are fantastic, despite the difficult area. They are always upbeat and happy and always polite. The food is the best value for money you could ever get, served by lovely staff from a kitchen that is the best. Please whetherspoon commend these staff for an exceptional job. Thank You

We went 8pm on a Friday night. There were intoxciated customers outside the bar, which was a bit scary. Inside the place was packed, we found one table right by the toilets. Because it sells cheap beer, this Wetherspoons pub attracts a number of "drinkers", who hang around the door area and they can appear offputting. But if you go deeper inside and find a table it can be quite comfortable. The food seems better than some other Wetherspoon pubs and it is good value.

Used the place twice for an evening meal. Service was good with standard pub food menu. Seemed busy which is always a good thing, Nothing really positive to say about the place, but there again nothing negative.

Really smelly pub full of old men, but food is cheap and cheerful and beer is cheap! You'd be lucky to get 2 drinks with a tenner next door, but in here you can buy a round and get change. Nice indie feel of staff behind the bar. Lots of unemployed people use this pub as its right next to... More
