Visited for my birthday - food delicious (and plenty of it), wine reasonably priced and service delightful. Staff fun, friendly but not overbearing.Toilets amazingly clean and luxurious. Not the cheapest restaurant in the world, but we'll be back nonetheless as it is great value for money! p.s. if I had to be picky ... the only thing I would have... More

Another fabulous meal at The Thai Village Restaurant! We have been regular customers since it's opening and have never been disappointed. The staff are so welcoming and friendly, nothing is too much trouble. The food is first class and very reasonably priced, I would be happy to recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants to sample Thai food and service... More

A tried and trusted place for us. Prices similar to other Thai restaurants and good quality. Food tasted fresh and having worked in a Thai restaurant for a number of years I can vouch that the microwave is seldom used. I always only order main courses as I find starters expensive what ever Thai/Chinese or Indian I eat at so... More

We ordered a takeaway meal from the Thai Village last night - the first time we have ever used this restaurant despite living very close by. The Kaeng Dang was delicious - hot and spicy, whilst the Nuea Pad Key Mao was borderline average - flimsy wet and soggy beef nestled amongst some vegetables that had clearly seen better days.... Our 3rd visit, albeit first on a Saturday which will not be repeated. Our waitress looked as if she was sucking a wasp and avoided eye contact at all times. Although food was tasty at the time of eating, a very dry mouth subsequently suggested extensive use of flavour enhancers. A reminder of the time by another waitress just before... More

Really nice restaurant in the outskirts of Eastbourne. Eastbourne has a complete dearth of good restaurants so this is a rarity. Unfortunately its tough to get a table as its so popular and has so few tables - don't expect to ring on the day and get a table. Prices are fair, we had a 3 course meal for two... More
