Enjoy a rare experience!

This is my idea of a perfect restaurant. The restaurant looks out onto the see and has a fabulous and quirky ambience. Then there's a selection of beers that would rival a Belgian brasserie. And finally, there's the food. Something like 30 different dishes of moules, but also lots of other fish, meat and veg dishes. We spent the whole... More

Little Belgian restaurant by the seaside. Has a really good mussel and beer selection every flavour under the sun,For starters I went for Halloumi , I went for the Congo Pot Mussels (very hot) and my other half went for peanut butter and chilli. My other half also had pudding warm waffles, I was too full. The portions are big... More

Absolutely lovely little bistro on the seafront. I was looking for a romantic place for dinner before I proposed to my girlfriend. Fantastic food and very friendly attentive staff. If you love mussels this place is a must, but there are alternatives which are just as appetising. A perfect romantic setting!!

We called into Bistro 45 on the off chance of a table, we were lucky as the waitress told us that they had been very busy. We had a prawn starter with 3 dips which was very tasty. I had beef in beer main course with mashed potatoes and fresh vegetables which was delicious. My husband ordered the rack of... More

This is a small, unpretentious, seafront restaurant. If you pass it by you'll miss a real treat, especially at lunchtime when a 2 or 3 course lunch is on offer, in addition to the full menu. On 2 visits we've sampled whitebait, goat's cheese with honey dressing, mussels and beef stew; all full of flavour and well cooked. If mussels... More

Fantastic food. Fantastic service. Fantastic beers. Fantastic all round. Best in bed hill by far! (And they know how to cook a steak, too)

Mussels a speciality with a host of sauces. Frites on the side. A good selection of Belgium beer. Unpretentious. Friendly staff. Slightly on the expensive side.
