With only five tables in and two members of young staff clearing tables it's clear you don't have to have an IQ to get a job working here! It took both of them to wipe down one table and take... read more

Disgusting is putting it nice!!! Beef was like eating school dinners if not worse, burnt and dry no taste, the gammon dry. All the veg was cold and dry. Payed extra for king size and asked if they could do fresh sausages because of how they look and felt to the "chef". The "chef" replied it will take to long... More

We visited on a sunny Monday lunchtime and sat outside. We have been a number of times and the food is consistently good. I'm a vegetarian and I have tried most of the options which are all lovely. The vegetarian options are cooked to order so these are brought out separately from the carvery so it does mean that I... More

Meat isn't as good as it used to be, and very very tight on the beef slices. Lots of choice with veggies.... More

We went there on a Thursday. Not busy at all. I ordered the carvery extra large. When getting the food we were ignored for several minutes by the chef as he walked in and out of the kitchen when he did decide to serve us I was told there was no pie and it would be a long time until... More

My partner and I arrived early when it opened as it was Mother's Day and due to not being able to book tables at this restaurant we didn't want to miss out. The food was lovely £20 for 2 of us for the Carvery and a drink each, staff were very pleasant to, a lovely early roast to set us... More
