Very cute!

Lovely little spot .... and unbelievable it is best to book! Good value, tucked away and I love it! Just loses one dot as the tables are tight and everybody has to move to let someone out!

We had booked a table but arrived slightly early but were able to sit in a window area which was like a snug! We were offered a drink and shortly afterwards our afternoon tea arrived. The sandwiches were very fresh and the scones were lovely, we could not find room for the cakes and took them home in paper bags... More

We visited here for afternoon tea to celebrate my Mother in Law's birthday with afternoon tea. One of the party wanted a gluten free option - which was available by pre booking (in fact, afternoon tea has to be pre booked). Let me start by saying something positive! The location is nice - out in the countryside. The gardens looked... More

Yummy! We will definitely be back. We turned up after reading reviews on trip advisor and were not disappointed. A number of tables had been booked so I would suggest booking if you know you are going in advance. Large garden out the front with plenty of tables. Good selection of sandwiches that were delicious as were the scones and... More

Really excellent traditional little tea shop located in the old Post Office in the village of Southill. Excellent home made food served with a smile and genuine old fashioned courtesy. You are made to feel really welcome. The food is excellent and the butternut squash and chilli soup (not served everyday) is absolutely first class. The only downside to this... More

Always excellent service, good value and very friendly atmosphere. We go there as often as we can for breakfast (try the Breakfast Bap), morning tea (coffee just as excellent), lunch (great platter), or afternoon tea ( a feast for the eye as well as the stomach).

We popped in for coffees & sandwiches on a sunny afternoon. It is in a lovely village & in an idyllic garden setting. The sandwiches were freshly made & food & drinks served on dainty mismatched china. Staff are friendly & accommodating. Garden furniture could do with some attention now the weather is on the up but the setting in... More

what a beautiful tea shop. It is laid out nicely with proper tablecloths and cutlery and the tea comes out in dainty China tea cups. You can have an afternoon tea, little sandwiches and cakes or there is a normal snack food menu and a selection of fresh cakes. I had the jacket potato and it was tasty. The girls... More
