I have been here couple of times, It is a good hangout with friends .. the hours can just pass by while you are sipping any of the local booze and trying out new things in there menu... and music of course..I love some of the local bands ... Pricing is no big deal If you are from metro/Cosmo cities..... More

Lousy place, very dirty with so bad food never had in life. Reading tripsdvisor review we went there with family. We could not have the food..made our mood totally off. Our child was left hungry. Total waste of time and money.

Probably the only restaurant in Kalimpong with live music performances in the evening! It has become a popular joint for the youngsters of the town as this is the only place where they can experience night life in the quiet hills. Food is good, serves mainly oriental dishes with Chinese items familiar to Indian taste buds.

But I wonder why it is not more populated. The approach is not too good, through a crowded market and up two flights of stairs. The service was excellent as was our Chinese meal. The décor of the restaurant is quirky and nostalgic.

Having ate there quite a few times over five weeks or so, I did get the feeling they used the same basic spice mix for a lot of things; equally, the ingredients always seemed fresh... More

One of the few places where you get nice food with a decent choice for alcohol topped with tastefull music. Not a a bad attempt at all.

Went to King Thai after reading about in on Tripadvisor, wasn't dissapointed, vry prompt service, interesting decor and tasty food, good quantity as well. The small stage/performance area with an old motorbike as a prop with a graffiti wall is indeed great.Would go back there during my next visit to kalimpong.

The only restaurant we could find that served decent food in the whole market place. A very nice ambiance with nostalgic music. A must visit place in KP !
