If you love icecream then this the place. It's a quite place to enjoy dollops of icecream. The kids will surely like the many flavours. Even tough, I find it in an odd location - that is a blessing. You need not worry about parking.

Baskin robbins boasts of it offering 31 flavors of ice cream, that is one flavor for each day of the month. Sadly, the outlets in Shillong have forgotten abt this concept or maybe have opted to ignore it. When I visit baskin Robbins in other cities I'm confused as to which flavor to choose. “A good place for Ice Cream”

Pretty Good Service. Staff are friendly. There are a whole range of Ice Creams that one can choose from. From the basic flavor to really exoyic flavors. Good place to hang out with friends and family. Only if it had space for car park.
