For a casual afternoon or evening this is a good place. No inside seating( one or two tables), the patio gets very busy so expect a wait. Service no so great, as they are usually crowded. The wines are inexpensive. Worth checking out.

I've been here before on busy crazy weekends and I can understand bad service when the servers have too many tables. This was on a weekday. I counted 2 other tables that had people, otherwise the patio was empty. I also counted 4 servers hanging out talking to the chefs at the outdoor cooking area and 3 servers talking closer... More

Loved the environment. Great view of the lake. Knowledgeable servers who provide recommendations to suit your tastes. A great place to stop in and have a wine slushy or to grab a bite and sit for a while. They have a tasting menu that allows you to sample various wines as well. A must see when on the strip!

After reading reviews and debating off and on about going we bit the bullet and went. Trip Advisor holds true as always. The town is like something stuck in a time warp. The towns leading into it that we passed through were mostly boarded up store fronts or empty store fronts for sale/lease. We arrived to town around 6pm. Drove... More

My friend and I along with her two kiddos decided to take a day trip to GOTL...For lunch we stopped and the winery and it sits in a beautiful area by the lake. I'm sure at night it can be even nicer. Her kids were happy with their burger and chicken tenders but sadly our food wasn't as good. We... More

The service was very good here. They were always attentive to our table. We enjoyed the live entertainment they had in the evening. We also enjoyed the different varieties of wine offered.

The food is very good here if you can get service. One time we left because we sat there for about 20 minutes without getting waited on, then another table of about 8 people sat down and were immediately served. Another time, we sat down and had to flag down a server to be waited on. The food was tasty... More

Nothing better the sitting by the lake and drinking some wine. Stay for the bands and walk to the lake to watch the sunset!

We loved the atmosphere that the old firehouse winery provided. We did the sampler flight of sweet wines and loved it. At $9 for the ten samples and a complimentary souvenir glass we thought that it was a fantastic value. Next time we plan to have lunch because everything that floated by us looked fantastic. Definitely worth stopping in.

Firehouse Winery is positioned perfectly; along the lake, in an expired resort town kept to life with people looking for a fun day or weekend getaway. The property is ideal for hanging out with friends, but the food and service left much to be desired. I would not be likely to recommend this place.
