Sweet Pea has been nicely updated. The inside is very nice with a new menu. Food had always been excellent, with the upgraded interior and much better service, this is now a great local place.

We stopped by here on a Sunday afternoon for lunch (hopefully it was after the lunch rush hour because there were only about 5 other tables with patrons). We actually ordered breakfast items - I had the mac and cheese omelet, which was pretty good. The waitress seemed quite uninterested and messed up my lunch partner's side order and forgot... More

Went there after hiking the Summit Metro Parks for lunch. Food was very good, but the floor was kind of dirty and needed to be cleaned. The decor consisted of chalkboards in frames with sayings on them. I think this could be a really cute place to eat if the decor was updated. Food was very good although the waitress... More

We were here for breakfast on a Saturday, so we expected it to be busy. What we didn't expect was to be standing at the door, waiting for someone to acknowledge us. There was no sign indicated to wait to be seated, or seat yourself - so we had no clue what to do, as there were a few tables... More

We had the Western Benedict with salmon and avocado and the Caprese Benedict with tomato, mozzarella, basil and an avocado hollandaise. Delicious! Service was fine on a Wednesday at 10:30. Atmosphere was clean but sparse.

On advice of a friend, we tried this tucked away jewel. How glad we were, great service, great food and great vibes. .....not a single complaint from the 6 diners at my table, everyone loved their food, we will definitely come back next time we're in town.

I hate to give places bad reviews, especially when their food is so good but it's obvious on the three occasions my husband and I have eaten breakfast here the owners don't know how to run a restaurant. I know because I have worked for several restaurants. Some run very well some not. The service was so bad all three... More

We had been told about Sweet Pea - that the place was local, good food and very quaint. I do not typically take the time to write a negative review as places that 'earn' them are normally short lived by their own hand. This restaurant hopefully can make it. We were there for breakfast on a Saturday and there were... More

A friend had told us repeatedly about Sweet Pea and raved about how good and quaint it was. From the moment we opened the door, we should have known to step right back out. The "decor" - if you can call it that - is reflective of the lack of care on every level that we experienced. There was a... More

Quiet, local restaurant in Fairlawn. I like that the menu has some unusual, healthy choices…chickpea burgers, zucchini, etc. Our favorite is the salmon BLT burger. We like to grab a home baked treat to go. Definitely should try it. It is not the quickest service, but still worth the trip.
