First visit. Our waitress was very nice and suggested we try the hamburgers. Friend and I both had the Bacon Cheese Hamburgers. We had the smallest burger but it was large, cooked right and on a very fresh bun. We both thought the burgers were very good and filling. I had the waffle fries which were good. My friend had... The homemade soups and daily specials are excellent and priced fairly. The signature burgers are average at best. Third shift breakfasts are huge and tasty. Cinnamon rolls are baked daily and are very popular for take-out.

Hamburger Inn is the classic burger joint. Located in the heart of downtown Delaware, Ohio. Nothing fancy, just good old fashioned diner food. We walked in to the Hamburger Inn and saw counter seating only. I loved it, reminded me of the drugstore diners when I was a kid. We sat on our stools at the and were greeted by... More

Other than the interior, there's just nothing special about it. I've taken my 8 year old boy there twice. He was thrilled with the old school counter seating, but I can't say the food was anything great. It's about the quality of cafeteria food. The second time, I brought the entire family. Since our youngest was too little for the... More

The "Lumberjack Breakfast" was a great way to start the day and kept me full enough that I did not need to stop to eat on the way home. The gyro omelet is also delicious.

We eat here about 3-4 times a year. The burgers are always good on a nice bun. I am fond of the chili which has a strong peppery flavor - rather than tomato. Also worth trying are the pies. They have added beer in the past year or so which is a nice plus if you like a beer with... More

How all diners should be! A good hamburger & plenty of options to keep the kids happy. Prices are reasonable as well. The one downside with little ones is the seating...all stools. However they do offer one of the high chairs that clamp on the table. We've been here close to 10 times now and it's pretty consistent. Pies are... More

I was travelling with a business partner and noticed the highway sign near the exit off of US 23. The town of Delaware, Oh has lots of small town charm in its' downtown. The diner experience here was incredible. The burgers are super tasty and come from angus beef so our waitress explained. The waffle fries are also great !!... More

This is a really great place with really great food. All the inside seating is counter seating so you may have to make some friends while you eat. The food was really tasty and didn't take long either. The server was really sweet and made us out of towners feel really comfortable. We went here based on a recomendation from... More

A real original...A diamond in the rough! Nothing fancy, but great food & personal service! Can watch your food on the grill. Open 24hrs a day!
