The Blue Door a opened a new chapter in its breakfast/lunch life a few weeks ago -- fine-dining dinner. And boy, it offers a feast of not only the mouth, but they eyes. It hired a chef from DBA (part of Dante Boccuzzi's growing Northeast ohio dining empire) and remade the easy-to-pass-by bakery/restaurant into a nighttime foodie nook of delight.... More

For gourmet dinning you can't go wrong. Superb pastries innovative entries for breakfast and Wesley knows how to mix muddled lemonade. Only down stroke is the decor.

nice food, very gourmet for the area. however, it is priced out of site also. plan to pay over fifty dollars for a couple breakfast of the specials with coffee. bakery is good, but dry. during peak time, have to wait for seating and some seating is right by the door where everyone is standing around waiting for a table.... Met a friend for breakfast just after they opened this morning. I was told they have a very good breakfast, a little pricier than the usual breakfast spots, but a superior product is their emphasis. Ordered the Tartine (crepes with fresh fruit) and a potato croquette (large donut-sized hashbrown) on the side. Presentation was good. The crepe portion was moderate,... More

When there is a 30 minute wait for breakfast, you know it will be good. The menu is small, somewhat pricey, however the food is great, and you won't go away hungry. The bakery items looked amazing, and food is sourced locally. It's a nice change from your typical breakfast menu.

NOT a local...drove WAY off the freeway to try this place. (We were heading from Cleveland to Columbus and wanted to have breakfast.) Reviews led us off the beaten path to try this place. I think we were expecting a diner...not a place that served what I call "Foo-Foo" food. Our two teenagers had a hard time finding something "normal"... More

Just ate at blue door. The food was amazing and so fresh and delicious. The food was a little pricey but worth every penny. Our waiter Wes was extremely helpful and made some good suggestions. The croissant moniseur and french toast were so tasty! Get the bacon too!!

This is my second review of this restaurant. The Blue Door cafe continues to exceed my expectation with their refreshing menus that change all the time, offering you an unbelievable variety of breakfast and lunch items. The coffee's quality has NEVER dropped over all the numerous visits over the past year. The waiters are the friendliest and will tend to... More

After reading all the wonderful reviews for The Blue Door Cafe and living only three minutes away, my daughter and I went there for breakfast this morning and loved our delicious crepes with lemon cream filling with fresh fruit and slivered almonds! (See posted picture.) We will definitely be back to try more items from their menu! 😄
