The presentation of bakery items at this booth in the North Market was beautiful. I thought to myself - probably beautiful pastry with little taste - as I have encountered so many times in the past. This place is the exception. I ordered the "Cherry Chocolate Feuilletine" I bought (2) mini cakes which contain "Pistachio chocolate feuilletine crust - topped... More

Very cute and bright coffee shop in the German village. The coffee was pretty good, but the macarons were really mediocre. For $1.50 each I'd expect much better. Nice to stop in on a cold day, but get your treats somewhere else.

This is my go-to place for brunch or lunch with clients. Always clean, service always friendly and quick, the food always spot-on. The quiche is delicious, and the pastries (especially the macaroons) are wonderful. The only negatives: they don't have the baked eggs with tomatoes any longer (loved that dish); the croissants can be a mess to eat (very flakey... More

I so wanted this to be a five of five experience! The coffee, supplied by Brioso, was top notch. The French style pastries were beautifully presented with good attention to visual detail. We tried three offerings: an apple tart, two flavours of macaron and a cherry pistachio feuilletine. My friends were happy with their choices. My macarons had good texture,... More

I'm usually a big fan of coffee and desserts but I have been here 3 times now (and the German village one and the one at North Market) and I am simply done. The food is expensive and, for all the effort into the appearance of it, simply not worth it. The croissants were dry and disappointing, the apple tart... More

Best pastry, bakery and espresso coffee in Columbus, in the heart of German Village with a nice atmosphere,

They do desserts exceptionally well. The macarons (not macaroons) are delicious and they always have a changing list of about a dozen different flavors. Great place to savor a dessert or breakfast pastry and coffee and take in the surrounding historic German Village neighborhood.

After brunch, we strolled Columbus's German Village and ended up at Pistacia Vera. Absolutely scrumptious desserts and expresso and teas that accompanied the sweet confections perfectly. Chocolate lover that I am, I had a mini chocolate bombe. Others had the lemon tart, almond layer cake and a creme brulee euclaire. No one had any complaints! This place demands a return... More

I had a chocolate croissant, it was awesome! The staff was very friendly, and the place was packed. They offer a wide selection of pastry and drinks.

The macron were amazing!! I recommend the coconut ones. The other cakes and tarts they had were just okay. The place is very tiny and stays busy. The servers are quick though and move you through line very fast. So there wasn't much wait time. The staff was pretty informed about the products they were serving. They didn't seem used... More
