Since August 2007, we've been a fixture in the heart of the Short North Arts District, an eclectic neighborhood of bars, galleries, antique stores, vintage clothing shops, boutiques, and restaurants. On Gallery Hop nights (the first Saturday of each month) offer the most boisterous scenes, but every day and evening we're serving trios, sundaes, and scoops at a steady pace to locals and visitors from around the world.

Wonderful flavors

The flavors are diverse and wonderful, though the actual base of the ice cream leaves much to be desired. The space is very open and easy to chill out at. The ice creamista (I made up that word) was incredibly nice and offered a great experience.

Love, love, love, Jeni's ice cream flavors. All the flavors are fresh, tasty, and not boring! I also like the little crisp of waffle cone they add to the side. Perfect combo.

We used to live in Columbus and always loved Graeter's. We came back for a visit 15 years later and Jeni's was highly recommended. The flavors are non-traditional and trendy. The staff were very friendly and helpful. What I had was good but I still prefer Graeter's.

Delicious ice cream, creamy many flavors and nice atmosphere. We purchased a jar of their salty caramel sauce, YUM!

The flavor selection here has gone down hill. I miss bramble berry crisp and other interesting flavors! Though still delicious, ice cream seems more basic and less interesting

Ice cream, sundaes, floats, frozen yogurt...lots of variety of flavors! The place was packed! We had lemon and mango frozen yogurt - awesome! chocolate, peanut butter, French vanilla ice cream - very good flavors. You can pick 2, 3, or 4 different flavors which was really nice. Kids loved it!

I am a huge ice cream fan but I will try to give a grounded review. Jeni's is a refreshing return to the basic essence of ice cream, classic flavors with a twist. I love trying the seasonal flavors, my favorite is Cherry Kickapoo (I think) it is roasted cherry and caraway seed ice cream. Jeni's is a whimsical treat... More

Went back to Jeni's but I discovered that they do not yet have pints and some of the flavors are not yet back. I was happy to support the company and I got my two half scoops. The dark chocolate was very good but the espresso? Very weak flavor. So, next time I will choose a different combo.

Went to support our local Jeni- stood in the requisite line and the fresh faced scoopers didn't seem to mind the constant flow of people. Good chocolate ice cream and friend had mango sorbet. In and out In a reasonable time with a good treat. Thumbs up.

If heaven was on a spoon, it would be served in this place. Jeni's was on my bucket list, and I can thankfully say I crossed it off this weekend. Their staff was so friendly and helpful, really charming and down-to-earth. My problem was that there were so many flavors, it seemed impossible to choose! I ended up going with... More
