Great Brew Pub with good food

Fantastic interior just on the High Street in Columbus. Period stained glass, wood and tiling. This place brews its own been and it's good!. Menu was good too. Definitely would recommend both for a good meal in the evening or a late beer - did both on my trip to Columbus,

Loved sitting outside to eat in the unusually moderate July weather. Our server was very friendly and attentive. The crab cakes were delicious and my husband thought the micro-brews were great. The building is beautiful with all the original wood work, tile, and stained glass windows. Our server took time to show us around and explain the neat history of... More

The Elevator had a great atmosphere, excellent service, delicious food and great beer. The price was on par with the service. We would go back. Beautiful building.

Both the food and brew are good here. It is on my stop for anyone new to Columbus to try and often go back as well. The summer means the patio opens and this is a great thing. I have not had a bad meal or brew and have been back quite a few times.

To be honest, we were only there because it was close to our hotel. I wish there were other restaurants around, but I loved the Bott Burger! It was super moist and I would order it again. The price is high for normal stuff you can get at a chain restaurant, but it was alright. The decorations were nice in... More

Got caught in a shower in Downtown Columbus so ducked into Elevator to grab some lunch. We had eaten in this place decades ago when it was The Clock restaurant. There were some cool design points - the stained glass windows and antique pool tables at the back were worth a look. We got there towards the end of lunch... More

Great food and great beer is what you will find at this well-preserved, historic bar and restaurant. Though the service is sometimes a little slower paced, you can always count on the food being great. If you are a beer enthusiast, this place will not disappoint. Be sure to take in the original, hand-carved bar as you walk through to... More

Stumbled upon The Elevator after receiving a coupon from a parking attendant at a nearby lot after just coming into town. I had a glazed salmon and my husband had the walleye sandwich. Both were delicious with great portions. He also enjoyed a house-brewed double bock. Great service and really cool historic building- will definitely come here again if ever... More

Started off on an odd note when the hostess showed us to a table for 2 for our 3 people. OK, mistakes happen and we laughed about it. Server was not very friendly, not knowledgeable about the wines. Red wine brought out was way too warm for serving, needed chilling. My guests reported that their salmon and veal scalopine were... More

This is one of my staff's favorite restaurants for me to take them to lunch. Food is usually always above average (some things are great, others a bit standard). I have always received good service there, too. The thing that makes this restaurant stand out a bit is the décor. It is gorgeous in there and full of art that... More
