We recently visited G. Michael's for my birthday dinner and really enjoyed our meal. We started off with the Butcher's Plate and the Calamari. Both were absolutely delicious and the portions were fairly generous. I had a bourbon ginger to drink which was very good, my friend had a Moscow Mule which she really enjoyed. We also had glasses of... More

G. Michael's is my favorite restaurant. I live nearby and have never had a bad meal or bad service there over many visits. Their menu is creative and evolving, and they often do seasonal or theme menus. Wine list is pretty good, but not stellar if you are looking for a large selection of cellar-quality wines.

This gem is in German Village. The food is terrific, small plates in the bar and great drinks at the bar. The restaurant is nice and the patio is charming. The staff is very attentive without being pesky. Love this place. It's a great place to eat and then walk around the area.

Maybe it was the lackluster menu, or the uninspired ambiance, but I was not that impressed. Service? A. The server, and all of the rest of the staff were excellent. Everything else? C/C+ What made our memorable was the company and the occasion. I guess I had higher expectations.

I’ve been here many times for Happy/Happy hour- it’s a must for $7 drinks and apps. This was my first trip for dinner with 14 of my friends. Apps- the Mussells were very tasty with a unique flavor. You have to try the Boudin-unique and quite good. The Calamari and Brussels Sprouts , do try them. All liked their entrees... More

We were in Columbus for the Fleetwood Mac tour, and wanted to have a great dinner before the show. We found this place after reading online reviews with both yelp and trip advisor. It did not disappoint. The atmosphere is intimate and cozy, which was perfect on the cool fall night that we were there. The food was expertly prepared... More

Not our first time to visit and based on the prior excellent fare, we expected same. Not so. Not so considerate waiter, who confused wine orders and dinner orders only to offer but not change the bill, plus spicy food despite requesting considerations for 'sensitive'eater. One good dinner. All in all not a great experience. It'll be a long time... More

Three of us had dinner at one of our favorite restaurants. As appetizers, we had scallops (outstanding) or a delicious house salad. Pork chop main course was perfectly done as was a slightly spicy walleye. Both were served with mashed redskin potatoes and green beans...mmm. Ice cream an a signature lemon tart with ginger snap crust were wonderful. Service is... More

I would say this is more for a special dining experience. The food is a little unusual but even picky me can always find something. The place, while small by some standards, is absolutely lovely and the service is impeccable. I hear they have an excellent happy hour although I have not tried that.
