This is by far and away our favorite place for breakfast food. They have the best pancakes in town!! This is a tiny, tiny "hole in the wall" restaurant, who have a fierce, loyal customer following. Its always packed and lines outside the door. My husband and I typically will order breakfast at least once a week for takeout. Everything... More

This was a great diner within walking distance from our hotel. They offer a pancake of the month(lemon blackberry for July), which was quite delicious...and the bacon...mmmm the bacon is soo good! Great service, great food, great prices!!

This place tends to get very busy, so be prepared for a wait. Prices are reasonable, even for Columbus, and the food is good. The menu is diner-traditional (but not the extensive diner menu you'd get at a NE diner). Pancakes, omelets, hashbrowns. As in most diners, the coffee itself is passable at best, but when paired with some blueberry... More

The GVCS has amazing comfort food at prices anyone can afford. My daughter and I shared 2 Eggs and Toast, a Short Stack of huge and fluffy pancakes, Biscuits & Gravy and a side of thick bacon plus a bottomless cup of coffee & lemonade for $15. This is in contrast to the bistro at our hotel, which featured a... More

Cheap, delicious food, a legit old diner. Service is fast, and the breakfast is awesome. I personally love the French toast.

Seems to be a favorite of locals. Old style diner in every way. Had to go with the Western Omelet since it was advertised. Quite good. Wife had blue berry pancakes. Two were the size of dinner plates and quite fluffy. Could have used more blue berries - but satisfying just the same. Don't expect gourmet - just simple, well... More

Very busy on weekends. We went there on a Tuesday morning and the place was also full. Got bar seats. Very mom and pop shop. Retro. I ordered hash browns and western omelette. Seemed to be very greasy. Nothing worth writing home. Probably won't be going back

We usually eat here weekly. Sometimes breakfast which is AMAZING!! I have an egg allergy but the whites are ok. If I order a Omelet with egg whites, they custom make it, Same price and it's HUGE!! A lot of places if you order the egg whites in an omelette they are super skimpy. The also load up the omelette... More

Definitely a hidden gem. I think its better than Thurman's which happens to be next door to it and is nationally famous. The burgers are huge for a low price, $4.95. Meals come with chips, fries are extra at $1.75. Everything I eat here is awesome including their breakfast. There is hardly ever a wait during the weekdays for lunch.
