Consistently Good

We've come here a number of times over a period of a few years. It can be loud and difficult to have a conversation. As one might imagine, the service depends on the server. A must if you're in Columbus. My most recent visit I tried the 55 salad and it was delicious. I also ordered the Aztec chowder and that is hands down my favorite item from there. It might actually be my top item from any restaurant, it's that good. Also shared an appetizer that consisted of a variety of food. Everything... More

The interior and the service are better than your average chain restaurant but the food hovers right around average. The wrap and fries I had were certainly very edible and generously portioned but there was nothing special or memorable about either. They do make a nice drink and the servers know how to nicely make sure you don't take too... More

Attractive decor, with booths or tables to choose from, service was very good, berry salad was real good, and we both had the Halibut with salsa and rice pilaf. Very tasty but the salsa was a little hot for my taste but others may like that. We will go back and recommend this place. Wine prices were reasonable.

Our party of eight recently visited the Polaris Grill to celebrate a birthday. Upon arriving two friends showed up increasing our party to ten. This was not a problem for the Polaris Grill as they did everything possible to accommodate our party and make the evening enjoyable. Our server Sauchu was very knowledgable and pleasant. The food was delicious as... More

Had a lot of BBQ ribs in many parts of the country but the Polaris Grill BBQ Ribs are the best. Try their Oregon Wild Mushroom Bisque and 55 House Salad. Both are excellent. Recommend booth dining in the bar. The main restaurant area is a bit noisy when they are busy.

We had such a great experience. I had never been there, my husband only for lunch, so we finally decided to go. At first we tried to make reservations for Saturday night, but because it was restaurant week, they were already booked, so we went on Sunday instead. They extended restaurant week an extra night, so I ordered the filet... More

We have always heard really good things about the Polaris Grill, so my wife and I decided to take advantage of Cbus Restaurant Week and give it a try. I feel like I wasted my CRW night out. It was fine, just fine. I was expecting a lot more. Overall the restaurant is quite nice and comfortable inside but maybe... More

We went to Polaris Grill for New Years Eve with reservations for 7 p.m. We were greeted very warmly and upon exit they were kind enough to take a picture of our group (4 family members). The service was good, and the food was.........average especially for the price. I think it would be worth going one more time during a... More
