Great brunch!

My daughter took me there for a late breakfast! She had waffles...I had the bananas foster French toast. Both were excellent! It wasn't packed at 11:30. Service was a tad slow....but worth going! Check it out!

I was in the mood for crab cakes. Having received some very bad crab cakes in the past, I searched online for best crab cakes in the Columbus area. Polaris Grill came up with many great reviews. At the restaurant, I started with their 55 salad. Very good. My crab cakes arrived. You get 3 crab cakes for the $24... More

We go to Polaris Grill several times a year. This visit six of us were there. We shared a pane appetizer and had filet, chicken, pork chop, salmon, walleye, and seared tuna salad as entrees. Each was very well prepared and reasonably priced. Service was outstanding. PG is a reliable very good restaurant.

We stopped here on a recommendation and we were more than satisfied by the service, food and atmosphere. Our waiter, Christopher, was professional and added numerous suggestions between the beer and the food. He consistently checked on us and continued to make various suggestions as the timing of meals passed. Up to date, clean and definitely a nice establishment. When... More

We've come here a number of times over a period of a few years. It can be loud and difficult to have a conversation. As one might imagine, the service depends on the server. On our last visit it was fairly slow. However, having said all that, the constant is that we have never been disappointed in the quality or... More

A must if you're in Columbus. My most recent visit I tried the 55 salad and it was delicious. I also ordered the Aztec chowder and that is hands down my favorite item from there. It might actually be my top item from any restaurant, it's that good. Also shared an appetizer that consisted of a variety of food. Everything... More

The interior and the service are better than your average chain restaurant but the food hovers right around average. The wrap and fries I had were certainly very edible and generously portioned but there was nothing special or memorable about either. They do make a nice drink and the servers know how to nicely make sure you don't take too... More

Attractive decor, with booths or tables to choose from, service was very good, berry salad was real good, and we both had the Halibut with salsa and rice pilaf. Very tasty but the salsa was a little hot for my taste but others may like that. We will go back and recommend this place. Wine prices were reasonable.

Our party of eight recently visited the Polaris Grill to celebrate a birthday. Upon arriving two friends showed up increasing our party to ten. This was not a problem for the Polaris Grill as they did everything possible to accommodate our party and make the evening enjoyable. Our server Sauchu was very knowledgable and pleasant. The food was delicious as... More

Had a lot of BBQ ribs in many parts of the country but the Polaris Grill BBQ Ribs are the best. Try their Oregon Wild Mushroom Bisque and 55 House Salad. Both are excellent. Recommend booth dining in the bar. The main restaurant area is a bit noisy when they are busy.
