Great Anniversary or Pre-Show spot

I read at least HALF of the reviews. That's over 100 reviews. I was cautious because the one TERRIBLE review was from someone who's from Spain. I thought perhaps this review was too harsh, similar to any of my reviews on an Asian, specifically Vietnamese restaurant. That and because 2/3 of the reviews were either good (4 stars) or great... A wonderful gem in historic German Village. I've been coming to Barcelona on and off for almost 20 years. I've never had a bad meal and last night was no exception. Our very attentive server brought drinks out right away and we lacked for nothing during the meal. The Gazpacho (ordered by my mom) was unforgettable and my scallop dish... More

We were pleasantly surprised by the relative authenticity of the food and extensive selection of excellent and reasonable wines. The amount served for the cold cut combination plate and cheese plate was disappointing, but the offerings were authentic. We ordered mostly small plates. The best was pulp, baby octopus, with garlic, olive oil, and parsley garnish. Anything, especially seafood, tastes... More

Dined with my husband on a busy Saturday night (weekend of OSU graduation). The restaurant was packed. We had a fantastic meal and a completely enjoyable experience. We decided to go with tapas tasting menu, which was 6 tapas designed to be a complete dinner for one. Then added 3 more tapas to round out dinner for 2. I completely... More

We went with friends on a Saturday night, they had never been before, but loved it and will return. It is a lively, energetic place, waitstaff are knowledgeable, experienced, do a great job. Good wine pairings, probably the best Spanish influenced menu in town.

We went here on a Saturday evening at 5:15 without reservations. We were warmly greeted and sat down immediately. It looks like an extremely popular place, because the tables around us were all filled by 6:00.I would recommend reservations. The weather was cold and rainy, so no one sat out on the patio, but I would most certainly request outside... More

This was my first visit and I love this restaurant! The ambiance alone is worth the visit. The green chickpea hummus is incredible! I had the Paella Barcelona and Angel food cupcake dessert, which were both wonderful! Service was also very good. All around a wonderful night.

Took a group of 6 there for lunch. Food was a little slow to come out but they made up for it with service and quality of food. I have the seafood entree with a variety of shrimp, octopus, clams, etc. It was cooked well and tasted great. Nice environment to talk and would be good for dinner as well.... More
