The Brio has valet parking and has fabulous food. In the summer time you can eat out on patio in the back of the restaurant and it is quite pleasant. Great seafood, italian food and steaks

You have to give them praise where it's due and their food is heavenly. Their service, however, needs to learn manners! Easton is the type of place where you'll walk around for hours and then casually sit at Brio and want a drink and an app. This was one of those nights for us. We didn't want dinner yet since... More

My family and I decided to try Brio while in Easton and lets just say we were not too impressed. This is owned by the same company that owns Bravo but more expensive. We do not mind paying more if the food is good. I ordered a lemonade and it was extremely watery. The lasagna was good but not as... More

We had an enjoyable meal, sat out on the porch, it was quiet. We really enjoyed the service and the food.

I ate at Brio during a recent trip to Easton for a conference. I brought my staff and we enjoyed a delicious dinner. Whenever at Easton, I make it a point to eat a meal at Brio! To be reimbursed for the business expense, I need an itemized receipt. Upon returning to the office, I realized I did not have... More

Wife and I ate here by chance while at the Easton Mall. Turned out to be our good fortune. Excellent service, wide variety of foods. We both ate from the low calorie menu, but cheated with the artichoke appetizer. We'll be back!

We visited here on a very Saturday evening. As we were waiting another customer who was leaving suggested we go sit at the bar area where you can watch the flatbreads being made as those were first come seats. We went over and sat immediately. We waited a bit for someone to come over but it was really busy and... More

We were staying nearby, and decided to go for lunch in Easton Mall. The Marriott shuttle dropped us off across the street from Brio. The space was open and inviting, the colors warm and earthy, the decor tasteful and, well, Tuscan. One gets a feeling that one could be in Tuscany instead of in the freezing cold snowy weather we... We went there on a Friday evening at 7 and got a table for four in just a few minutes. The waitress didn't impress me much, but she was ok. For an appetizer we ordered the shrimp and crab fondue. I've had this at many restaurants and this one was my least favorite. It's served with very thin wafer type... More

After shopping at Easton, we decided to have dinner at Brio. It was Tuesday evening, and we were seated promptly. The waiter was very courteous and explained all specials and regular dishes, took our drink order and gave us ample time to decide in choosing our dinner. The menu is extensive and even for vegetarians, there are ample choices. Meanwhile,... More
