What a perfect location for an understated Italian restaurant - just a few yards from the city's heart intersection (Broad & High Streets) with entrances off High and Pearl Alley. The restaurant is split with lots of tables in the front half and a cozy taproom in the back with a pool table. The new barkeep is formerly the master... More

We were looking for a place close to the theater to get a drink after a matinee. We found this and sat at the bar. There were two police officers eating at the bar also. We ordered beer and Bruschetta. This was probably the best bruschetta I have ever had. It was six pieces of homemade bread topped with tomatoes,... More

For pizza, I have high standards. Andolini's at Tulsa oklahoma is fantastic. This place, as the title suggests, is mediocre. To be honest, I find the way they wash their dishes to be a little unsettling. Yes they have a 3 chamber sink per regulation, but it shouldn't be filled with clean dishes. I would go back, if I had... More

We were recommended cafe napolitana by a friend so we decided to try it for my birthday. The server we had (a brunette with short brown hair) was very slow so we ordered our appetizer at the same time as our food. As an appetizer, we ordered bruschetta (a COLD side). We ended up getting our appetizer AFTER our dinner.... More

I always like to patronize locally owned establishments when i'm out of town so I'm glad we stopped here. The pizza was above-average and affordable. Soothing music was playing the evening we were there. It certainly was a relaxing place to dine. Parking meters were right out front so I didn't have to worry about finding a place to park.... More

This little restaurant is a great place to take a group of students after a show at the Ohio State Theater. We preordered and when we arrived, the salad and our drinks were ready. Our pizzas were served within 10 minutes, hot out of the oven. The food was good -- not spectacular-- but perfect for a school group. About... More

Go there for simple, honest food with good taste. It is a relaxed place where nobody has to pretend anything. Good service.

Cafe Napolitana is a great little italian restaurant in downtown Columbus that serves pizza and other basic italian fare. The food is good, reasonably priced, and the portions more than enough for lunch. All of the food appears to be made from scratch. It is sort of self serve where you go up to the counter, order your food, and... More
