We visit Nighttown on a regular basis and love the food, the wait staff, the atmosphere, the owner...I guess everything. We have gone for the concerts as well, but find eating during a concert to be less than relaxing...so drinks it is! I have also stopped in with my daughter to just sit at the bar and and enjoy libations... More

I have eaten there several times and have attended catered events there, also. Always great food and great service.

The dining experience when my "grilled" salmon arrived deep fried and dripping with grease. I don't think so!!!

On my first visit to Nighttown, I have to say I thoroughly enjoyed myself. We saw a jazz performance the day before Thanksgiving, and the atmosphere was warm and cozy. The promising menu didn't quite deliver on the plate, but was still quite good. I was eager to go back. However, my second visit several months later was a bit... More

My wife and I, as well as another couple, celebrated New Year's Eve with an early show and dinner at Nighttown. This was my 3rd New Year's Eve in a row at Nighttown and somewhat of a disappointment. I thought the entertainer, Ann Hampton Calloway, rushed through the first show, and was not as engaging as entertainers in the past.... More

We made our first visit to Nighttown not to see a show, but to have a nice early dinner, and we weren't disappointed. Although the staff was busy preparing for later in the evening (a sold out event) we had attentive service and great food. I had the Dublin Lawyer, a delicious lobster creation, and my husband had the filet.... More

Let me start by saying I have been to Nighttown before and was always satisfied. On my last visit that was not the case. To be fair, I will say it was Christmas Eve so busier than usual; however, when you are in the restaurant business, well then, this is your business and being busy is hardly an excuse. First,... I love Nighttown! It has the feel of an old jazz club. Wood, and red velvet drapes, just cozy and relaxing and you can always catch some good music. I was lucky enough to have been in town when the Dobama Theatre was having a benefit there and got to eat a wonderful dinner while listening to "The American Song... More

Looking for an Early Bird Restaurant? This is the place from 5-7 PM every night. Early Bird and Regular menu selections available.. We were going to order the EB Prime Rib but decided on the larger regular cut. Either way it was a great choice. Would suggest making reservations. Food, server and service was excellent! Will be going back again... More

It really is one of the best jazz clubs between NYC and Chicago, no question, and certainly on a par with them for far less money. Many top jazz artists play here (some during the week when they are not at their big city gigs). And for that alone, NT is worth going to. Jazz needs support and NT certainly... More
