Best Dinner Out in Months

What a lovely restaurant. My tuna crudo was delicious, sashimi tuna and crisp vegetables. I even had a Pisco Sour for my drink. They are hard to find, but gaining favor in the bars. My husband had the lamb for main course, which he said was rivaled only by lamb we raised ourselves. I had the... read more

My husband, his sister, and I had dinner at Lola Bistro on a recent visit to downtown Cleveland. The hostess who seated us didn't seem too worried about making sure we were comfortable --- a real contrast to other fine dining restaurants we have visited. Our server was very nice and knowledgeable about the various items on the menu. As... More

Lola was my first restaurant stop in Cleveland and by far, my favorite. To begin... the restaurant is beautiful.. I will say it is on the classier side, so you may want to put on your fancy eatin' duds to enjoy this restaurant. I came for lunch and ended up getting one of the lunch combo's. You have your choice... More

On a quick weekend trip to Cleveland we spent an ugly Thursday evening at Red, then on Friday we went to Lola. Sublime! The service was gracious and friendly without being intrusive (thank you Veronica) and the food was exquisite. Accepting that I was in the hands of a master, I took a risk and tried the beef heart in... More

The food was great, as were the drinks, but be prepared to spend a lot of money. Our friends and we enjoyed dinner, and had ordered an after dinner round of drinks. We had just gotten them when the maître de approached and told us that we would have to take our drinks to the bar because he needed to... More

I was really skeptical about some of the things on the menu but I'm so glad I tried something new! My friend ordered the grilled hanger steak with eggs and I ordered the pork schnitzel. We shared the two and both were amazing. We went around noon and service was amazing. I will definitely be coming back.

In Cleveland for a few days and took the family to Lola. The hospitality is top of the line from the bar staff to the wait staff. The food was uniquely fresh and innovative yet comforting. We had the lamb loin, the ribey, chichen, and the scallops. Every dish was cooked to order and when it was presented table side,... More

Wonderful atmosphere and the food was the hands down best upscale in Cleveland. Definitely would recommend this for a causal business meal or a date!

Had dinner at Lola's tonight and it truly was one of the best dining experiences I have ever had. The food was perfect as was our server Veronica.
