There are many different areas to sit: outside along the street, at the bar, bar area, covered patio, basement. We had both soups offered (beer cheddar and spicy potato). Both had good flavor but were not served hot enough. Also had the Butternut Squash Ravioli and Bratwurst/pierogi platter... read more

My absolute favorite is the pretzel chicken. But really everything I have ever ordered has been excellent. Very quaint area of Cleveland, right near the West Side Market. A very trendy area for night life. Even though it is a bar area, it is a good place to bring the family. Haven't done it yet, but they have tours of... More

The beer is the best anywhere, the food is excellent, service is good, and the restaurant is in an interesting location. A definite must visit in Cleveland. I am glad we are close enough to go often.

Try the burger or the pizza. We had one of each and they were both amazing. Paired with their beer you really can't go wrong. Our server was great too.

GLBC is an interesting place to taste unusual types of locally brewed beer with creative names. You may order a meal or appetizer to eat with a full serving or taster size of their beers and consume them in a lovely old bar, a pub, or outside under an awning. You may also purchase T-shirts, poster, and bottles of beer... More

After visiting the Rock and Roll Hame of Frame, my wife and I went here for lunch. I had a flight of beer and every one was excellent. Our food was delicious; my wife got a pizza and I got the Cobb salad. Our server was very attentive and efficient. Overall, it was a phenomenal lunch and we will definitely... More

A diverse and eclectic menu that celebrates the Eastern European influence in Cleveland. The menu is filled with classic American dishes infused with Great Lakes brews, and dishes influenced by the Polish population in Cleveland. Our group of six had burgers, sandwiches, Pretzel Chicken, tacos, Peirogies and Sausage… diverse and delicious. We all sampled each others meals because they were... More

Located across the street from Cleveland's renowned Westside Market, the Great lakes Brewing Company is a legend in northern Ohio. And, for good reason. A combination brewery and restaurant, Great Lakes Brewing Company excels in both. An original native hofbrauhaus, German food specialties predominate. The sausage platter we had was exemplary. The potato salad evoked memories of Bavaria. Our group... More

We've been to Great Lakes several times. Overall, the food and beer are very good. The beer selection changes a bit seasonally although there are always plenty of options regardless of your favorite style of beer. The food is generally good and portions are large. I really like the pretzel chicken and the mushroom pizza. My husband is a fan... More

Totally enjoyed our anniversary dinner at Great Lakes...we had an amazing tour of the brewery, Zach was extremely knowledgeable and explained the whole brewing process. Our dinners were scrumptious as we indulged in the sample brews. You must try the home made bread pudding totally delicious! Looking forward to our next visit.
