Price and superb breakfast skillets can't be beat

My husband discovered this place on our recent trip to Cleveland and I'm so glad he did. It's located in the historic Ohio City section of Cleveland, maybe a ten-minute drive out of downtown. Totally worth it! The food was ample and yummy, and the price is criminally low. The service was good... read more

Great value for breakfast. Staff is superb, gave me a bunch of sass - like being at home! Really good Kielbasa. Very comfortable, the "locals" don't turn and look to see who is coming through the door. Highly recommend & dated but very clean.

When they say $2.99, they mean it and it seemed like a $5.00 breakfast! The potatoes were dreamy...if you want to know their secret, you have to go in the kitchen and hug the cook. His name is Pops and for a hug he will tell you anything!!

The breakfast special of three eggs any style, three strips of bacon or sausage links, & home fries or grits and toast, all served with a smile, is only $2.99. It was really yummy! But the home fries could have been a bit crispier. Barrie - like the Manilow - was our server and she was friendly and effervescent. The... More

Wow..best ham skillet breakfast ANYWHERE! for only $5.99. Victor who's been there forever was cooking the perfect breakfast. Tender Potatoes, bell peppers, perfectly cooked diced onions, and delicious fried deli ham all topped with 3 tender over easy eggs. I'm a great cook myself and know a great breakfast when I find one..this is IT!!

Nick's is a little diner in a charmingly gritty neighborhood on the near west side. Breakfast is great-lots of great plates well under $4.00. coffee much better than typical diner quality. the Mexican lunches are too bland for me (did they try and midwesternize?) comfort foods such as grilled cheese, burger ect are great. the service is outstanding.
