Rather typical of a restaurant/bar connected to a hotel, quality food & drink, rather quiet & never crowded, with lots of brass, marble, and dark wood veneer walls.

I am here quite often. The breakfast Buffett was amazing but now the breakfast is blah. Quality of food has went down. But, during the winter months when visiting I have no other option in the hotel.

I had to eat early, arriving before the restaurant was "open", but when I explained my situation the hostess seated me and brought me coffee. It wasn't very long before my order was taken, and the breakfast was wonderful. Nice atmosphere, great service, and, as I already said, wonderful food. This was a really nice dining experience.

My friends and I went for Happy Hour after the browns game, they had a decent beer selection with the usual mainstays and a few local brews. At happy hour the beers were 4 dollars and they had appetizers for 5 dollars. The nachos were really weird, the cheese used tasted gritty, the pepperoni bread was ok, but the quesadillas... More

Very very good food at reasonable price in a magnificent place like the Arcade in Cleveland. A must go place.

We had the Eggs Benedict. So indulgent! No leftovers, we cleaned our plates. Friendly wait staff, fresh squeezed orange juice and many refills of their hot coffee.

A breakfast sandwich to die for; lovely ambiance; naturally cured bacon was cooked to perfection. Excellent service! Will return when I return to Cleveland!

Very good food but a little pricy for the selections - and the service was very slow! The atmosphere was very nice but go when you are not in a hurry to catch a plane or train or have an appointment - you might have to choose between that and your food!

$12.50 for two eggs, two pieces of bacon and home fries? $4.50 for a small orange juice? It wasn't THAT good.

Even though the restaurant was only half full for breakfast our server seemed bored and uninterested.
