Convenient to Theaters

A group of four, we had a reservation for 6:00 pm prior to a show at a theater a short walk away. The show started at 8:00 pm, so we assumed we had plenty of time. Our server, David, was very pleasant. We were able to be seated promptly and our drink order was taken and brought to the table.... read more

The wine was ok.. The shrimp and falafel was just ok. A bit warm in the bar area. Near the theaters.

The service was excellent. There were a few dishes - like the braised streak, one of the guests did not like, thinking he was getting a steak, and they actually brought him a steak platter and did not charge us for the returned dish. Our water glasses were always full and the waitress was most helpful, friendly, and polite. One... More

The location of the restaurant is really good. it's right at downtown Cleveland and have a parking lot that is really close. The staff provide very good service. the bread before the meal is delicious. I ordered Lamb tinder, it's not bad but not as good as i expected. However the environment is very good, we had a good time... More

Found the fish were always very good (based on two visits within one week and different dishes each time). The vegetarian Lentil "Falafel" was excellent--everyone would enjoy it. Fried asparagus appetizer a winner. Asparagus as a side was loser--too thin and to few in number. Brussel sprouts side very good. Harvest salad with wheat berries excellent. White chocolate mousse one... More

This restaurant is just down the street from the Playhouse Square, so the staff should know that their customers need to be out by a certain time. The first time we were there the service was so poor we had to keep asking other staff members to find waitress. Meals were not up to the prices charged. Gave it a... More

Made reservations for 6 during Restaurant Week in Cleveland. There was a variety on the menu as opposed to some restaurants that had only a few items. A good variety of wines and drinks: my husband and I ordered a Dark Horse Chardoney, Cleveland Bourbon Sour and a Mankas Cabernet. Two of us ordered the Beet & Apple Salad, and... More

I often order sole when it is on the menu, so I ordered it at District. Well quite honestly, it really did not look or taste like sole to me. My friend said that maybe there are different kinds of sole and that I had never eaten this one before. As far as I was concerned, they gave me a... More
